I'm hoping new tone to sunset and lower draw distance, which would increase FPS if I'm right.

Are you kidding me? What about if I want Extra sunny? That's my favorite. Draw Distance was good in Sunny-Windy but weather itself looks bad. Seriously, please decrease draw distance dontgetit.gif

why decrease draw distance? that would suck, in real life i can see as far as the horizon and thats how i like my games too, besides the draw distance doesnt hit fps so why change it?

It does affect to FPS.

And this Draw Distance could be option when installing VisualIV(?).

if it does affect fps im not seeing it in fraps, my fps never drops bellow 35 and usually its in its 50-60 range, before visualIV (GTAIV vanilla) it was worse so i really dont see the point in lowering draw distance unless you have a crap rig, in that case an option to lower DD for you would be nice.

i wouldnt use this with enviroment mod mate, and use DOF with normal reflection, normal reflections look best and high looks a bit to cartoony if thats a word lol.

dude if you have a quad core and loadsa ram on yer graphics card use high end, if you have a low end dual core and a poor graphics card use low, I see your playing mostly high settings without problems so use high end IMO

I like low-end weak reflection tbh.

You can test it yourself if you use rain-weather and look at the grass parts (Near airport).

Test all of files from folders and decide, what settings are best for you. We can't decide for you.

For this moment, we don't know, what change in GTA. It's not possible to give moon, we can't it. Rockstar can.

Try with low-end pc, play 30-60 minutes in GTA, check your FPS, then exit game, use a files from high-end pc and compare FPS from files low and high end.

Version with DOF have a Depth of Field, so it's a blur on far objects. NO DOF don't have this.
