No, reflection parameter is attached to all reflections in game.

Well, one could remove the corresponding shader from the models.

While you're at it, add building shader to road so it reflects. Next up: Add building shader to trees XD

I used EditIV to set all of the global reflection amount at each time in each weather in the timecycle back to default IV settings, then installed ENB and turned off pretty much all of it's settings except vehicle-related reflections. Same great Visual IV looks, but without everything being reflective. Oh, and enb made the trees look better, too.

Only now I have noticed that one file from VisualIV package, \pc\data\timecyclemodifiers2.dat, is different between IV and EFLC versions, when in theory they both should be the same (and in original games they are). I also noticed that VisualIV provides modified shaders for both games but the EFLC version has much more of them (the original games have exactly the same shaders as well). Is this intentional? What will happen if I copy the shaders meant to be copied into EFLC folder into IV one?
EDIT. Will ENB Series config work in EFLC? I mean, I know I can just try and copy it over and see if it works myself, I just want to know if it was intended to be used in EFLC.

I haven't tested it myself, but there shouldn't be any major problems.

I tried messing with the old DB link using Wayback Machine and it didn't work out. But then I opened the first page of this thread as of Sept 23rd, clicked on the download link, and it started downloading O_o Weird sh*t.

CP, your mod is great. However, the atmosphere while inside buildings is still desaturated, like in vanilla timecyc, but there's a mod which actually fixed that:

Maybe you could contact the autor and ask him to use that config...

Edit: It's just TBoGT apparently. It freezes during the first drive in the beginning of the game. It might have something to do with that mod that restores the higher quality textures from IV (or the Xbox version; can't remember).

I cannot use 2DFX. IV and EFLC don't crash if I run them with it, but my fps is in the toilet. Stutters like mad. I forgot I had 2DFX installed, and when I the stuttering started, I thought something was wrong with my PC. I ran virus scans, deleted/uninstalled a bunch of unnecessary crap, cleaned the case out (was a little dusty), but it still did stuttered. Then I noticed the 2DFX files in the main folder and the light bulb went on. Removed 2DFX and all was right with the world.

Yep. 2DFX sh*ts on an already terrible port. I frequently get 20(ish) FPS, especially at night. Plus it is also the thing that causes TBoGT to crash.
I never got crashing with 2DFX in TBOGT, but I did get a bug where the close coronas would disappear.

Did you lower the CoronaFarClip in 2DFX's configuration file? 9000, by default, is definitely too heavy on the resources.

I would love for this to be worked on more with the 1.0.8.0 patch

Big bump, I know the OP says ENB is supported - but does anyone actually know any presets that work well with VisualIV? Or any that are made with VisualIV in mind? The time cycle edits are great, but the mod would really benefit from ENBs updated shaders.
