Try to edit timecycle in EditIV and change Direct Color Multiply value to 0 for these hours.

Thanks for the answer, but it doesn't work tho. I set 0 in that value to every weather at 6pm, 7pm etc..but it doesn't do anything

Hey!

We're working on new revision of VisualIV - we'll fix some certain bugs on all weathers and optimize time cycle to get some FPS boost. 
After PC release, wait carefully for first version of VisualV!

Yeah. I finally get new computer and we can do something to VisualIV :)

 

We've fixed very annoying bug, which cause oversaturated bloom at foggy weather and black clouds at night. Additionally we've made all the weather from scratch.

Definitely satisfied! Looks great! I ended up removing this mod because the fog and black cloud bugs started bugging me. I will gladly install the updated version! Any idea on the release date?

Played with the latest version, looking great. But is it just me or do LOD pop-ins really occur way more frequently?

Edit: Remembered that I didn't use the "-nomemrestrict" key which I always used before. It partially fixed the problem, now I think that the cause may be that I allocated too many memory for vehicles and peds in NTA's RIL.Budgeted.

Finally we did light adaptation, which it's in original game (without ENB or some similar mods).

I've been following the progress of VisualIV although I didn't play GTA IV the last 2 years and I must admit, it's still getting better and better! Back in the old days noone would've guessed that with timecycle alone so much is possible, there's almost no ENB needed anymore if you have this. RealityIV also looked cool but it also made use of modified shaders.
