After completing the film studio quest, vercetti's phone has since gone quiet!! No more qusts! The 'status' menu shows that I am currently at 44% complete. Any Hints?

Moving this to Gameplay.

In order to gain access to the game-ending missions, you have to complete at least six of the eight property assets, one of which has to be the Printworks. How many have you completed?

Check this map to see the locations of all properties. As you know they cost money, so it is important you have some stacked up. Here's the list of properties in order of price, complete with what you have to do to complete each asset -

-- Boatyard - $10,000 - successfully complete the mission [i]Checkpoint Charlie (Will make the place generate up to $2,000 per day)
-- Cherry Poppers Ice-cream factory - $20,000 - sell 50 ice-creams in on sitting (will make the place generate up to $3,000 per day)
-- Pole Position Strip Club - $30,000 - spend five real-time minutes ($300) on the dancer in the back-room (doesn't have to be done in one sitting, will make the place generate up to $4,000 per day)
-- Kaufman Cabs - $40,000 - successfully complete it's mission string (will make the place generate up to $5,000 per day)
-- Sunshine Autos - $50,000 - complete the very first list of import/export vehicles to complete the asset (will make the place generate up to 1,500 per day. Completing the next set of lists will eventually make the place generate up to $9,000 per day)
-- Printworks - $70,000 - successfully complete it's mission string (will make the place generate up to $7,000 per day)
-- The Malibu Club - $120,000 - complete it's mission string (will make the place generate up to $10,000 per day)

How much money do you currently have? Depending on your money, you'd be able to pinpoint which certain places to buy (and in some cases it isn't the cheapest places!).
