[SA][REL] *.ZON Script for 3D Studio Max

Made myself, thanks for DexX (he hasn't directly helped to the script, but helped with Maxscript explanation) and thanks for whoever contributed to the info on the wiki. its right now nearly finished. It can import San Andreas *.ZON files, so you're able to look at its position and info correctly. Exporting should be done soon, I just need to fix the coordinates export... If I can't find the way to, I will just release the script with the import feature.

Yes I do know MAP IO has a feature for this, but it imports Zon boxes wrong. I guess it only allows VC/GTA3 format...
And well, about topic tags. I put [rel] Because its mean to be released soon, and I though writing WIP would be worse (would need some moderator to edit)

you're right, GTA modding as we knew it is gone, many are just converting these days
very useful script for the SA modders, well done
