GTA United's Vice City in HQ

Course, some textures look weird from the big distance, but it's an engine problem, nobody knows how to fix this

My computer won't handle the upgraded textures. But after installing new roads today, I can say the palm trees would set it off.

This isn't "their work". This is Rockstar work and the poor "vc to sa" team just "put it to img file" of gta sa and only select "export to gta sa" format so he DON'T need the any permisson.

He still didn't tell from where did he got them, even he told that isn't from Srt3.
From where then, if those looks the same and you can get them only from this mod.

P.S. Iv'e never seen this mod before but damn, it turned vice city into a piece of crap, looks all noisy and sh*t. I think that textures can be HQ without being huge and without being damn noisy.
