Realistic Weapons v1.0

Description:

* Weapons have more realistic accuracy.
* Weapons are now a lot stronger.
* Weapons have more force.




Update 1.1

* Weapons force decreased to realistic value.
* Some of the weapons have now more realistic damage.
* Cars and trucks explosions are bigger.
* Helicopters and gas pumps have a lot bigger explosions than cars or trucks.
* Explosion damage and force has been increased. Standing near explosion may do serious damage.
* Rocket Launchers, Grenades explosions are also bigger.

I changed my own Weapons XML settings to a REALLY more realistic one. Witch means, less accuracy, much more damage, realistic amount of ammo (5 ammo clips) and also less physical force.

less physical force is the clincher here; bullets are small and are quite incapable of displacing something as heavy as a human body.

I would like to see stronger explosion force from grenades, car explosions and RPG explosions from the default ones.

i would hate to burst your bubble ppl, but changing the accuracy of weapons may give the a much better feeling with the recoil BUT the AI will suffer terribly from that.

i see u made the accuracy from a factor of 0.5 to 8.0 on all guns.

didnt u notice that the AI can't hit for $hit now even from 10 feet away??

the lack of challenge is , in my opinion, a good enough reason to not change the accuracy of the guns. in fact I decreased it to 0.0 so the AI is MORE accurate.

personally when i tried toying with the weaponinfo file i made pistols to accuracy of 8, SMG to 10 and ARs to around 14. felt better, IMO. but, as i said, having the AI shoot so poorly made me change the file back to accuracy of 0.0 or 0.5 as it was.

in an attempt to make weapons feel harder to aim i made my own mod a few weeks back that made the dot in the center disappear and increased the size of the crosshair so it's harder to know where u r hitting:

on top of that mod i would suggest altering the damage and range of weapons if u want.
also the max ammo for weapons was done also in my mod back then. it's pretty decent.

Please tell me that the guy won't fly 100 feet by shooting him in the head (for example with a Deagle), cuz that's NOT realistic smile.gif

I think more accuracy makes it harder in 2 ways but can also take away realism
1.Like mentioned before AI shoot you better
2.Pin Point Accuracy = you have to hit an exact location, the bullet won't be able to just fall out of the circle then accidentally hit your enemy
