PC/ Only 6 MB/S and over!

Please admins on this forum can you create a seperat topic like all in this MP Forum have only 6MB/S and in the other forum have 24/or more soo all know witch server they want to join that not lagg to much!?

What exactly are you trying to suggest? Please be more precise.

If you're talking about server bandwidth, having more bandwidth doesn't guarantee low latency. The game will lag, depending upon the physical distance between you and the server.

Exactly. The only time bandwidth effects latency is if there are too many players playing in a server at one time, which causes a further delay in the data sent, since it puts some data on hold for split seconds at a time because of the limit. This shouldn't be happening in any server since most games only have 4 vs. 4 matches, or so I've noticed, which can be handled on a 384kbit upped connection.

You are going to experience a little lag either way here at GTAForums, since this is a worldwide website planning worldwide events. There will be quite a distance between some players. The more data hops (routers, switches the data has to go through to reach you), the more lag you will experience. Especially if any of those routers/switches are very busy.

Also, 6MB/s? I think you meant 6mbps ... there is a difference, big difference. =P
