Mission: "Guardian Angels" From Cortez.
Thing is I'm using the STEAM Version and it would appear not too many use that one which is causing me immense problems trying to get help, lol. I'm literally begging you guys for help completing this for me. I've got time off work here and am dying to play VC again but am just stuck here, lol.
I sincerely would appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!

In the past I have allowed steam users to post SNP requests in their own thread to improve visibility.... this is fine if you think it will improve visibility.
We could create a Steam version SNP and pin that thread too??
Just leave it here--- it is very important to indicate that you are playing the steam version (as the last few posters have) if we do this....
Any other suggestions??
It is worthy to note that Demarest's "timevault" has been reported to work on the steam version of the game--- This is a mission passer code tool.
On the regular PC version I verified that it does not affect your ability to get 100%--- I completed a save to 100% using just code tools--- the only things I completed manually were the robbing stores and the sunshine autos list--- EVERYTHING else was done with Demarest's code tools-- (timevault and a few others)-- and I still got 100%.
Links for the code tools can be found in this thread near the bottom of the first post.... http://www.gtaforums...howtopic=397970
Timevault is very simple to use---
|What are Code Tools? - Code mods that are made to work on or with your existing save game.|
How do I use them? - Save your current game. Backup your /data/main.scm by renaming it to something like mainORIGINAL.scm. Now put the SCM file from the Tool's ZIP into your data folder and rename it to main.scm like the original was. Load up your game. Most code tools will alter your save automatically and prompt you to save. Save your game (preferably into a different slot than it was loaded from). Now rename the SCM to whatever tool it is (or delete it) and rename your backup back to main.scm like it originally was. Load your save you just made and continue playing as you would.
What makes Code Tools so special? - First and foremost, because they are designed to work with your existing game, something previously thought next to impossible and/or worthless. Also, there are SOME things that trainers aren't made to do that some of the tools can.
THe link I rehosted is NOT zipped.... it is named main.scm--- in the directory Demarest indicated their is a filed called that--- DO NOT DELETE IT--- rename it and remember the name. Take the time vault version of main.scm and put it in that directory after you rename the original. Start up your game and everything will look the same--- if you enter any pink marker to start a mission.... you will instantly be transported a short distance (this will prevent you from starting the next mission which is usually in the samp place), and you will get the mission passed mission..... it is that simple. Save the game.
Then just go back into the directory indicated-- I rename the file for the code tool it is and leave it in that directory---- in this case I rename the code tool timevault.scm
Then just rename or original file back to main.scm -- when you resume your game missions will be passed the original way...
