X Mod Installer/Packer
X Mod Installer aka XMI is an advance tool to install IV mod, it provides a high-level security to your mod files and very safe installation. It supports mod security option if its checked the mod will only install in IV directory. Moreover, XMI supports vary range of operations, from Files to all IMG operations.

...so we can now replace models in the IMGs?
Does this mean we can now replace the default cars with new ones?

yes, you can add, delete, replace, rename in IMGs as written above smile.gif

This program is great so far and has a lot of potential. Have any mods been released/converted that use its format yet? Do you plan to have some kind of server to host XMP packaged mods eventually?

After build the Installer, it alway says:

glad you got it work, but a suggestion for you. Make the left banner bigger or long in height or you can remove it by putting 0 in width
