There are already 5 languages

american.gxt
spanish.gxt
french.gxt
italian.gxt
german.gxt

I suppose there is also japanese version, anyone could conferm it?

So you could work (very hard) on american.gxt in

\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\text

and translate it into you language smile.gif

its very simple. all u have to do is identify the current language its in first. locate the directory u installed ur game. find a folder called 'common' and enter into it and then find a folder named 'text' inside the 'text' folder u'll see all the languages. just simply rename the specific language 'XXXX.gtx' file with the language ur game is currently using.

For example, my version was in russian, wanted it in english.

i renamed the american.gtx file as russian.gtx and vice versa for the russian.gtx file.
