I've installed the mod using spark iv first. It showed an error that it couldn't save the archive. That's why I've pasted it to my gta iv directory. And still nothing happens. The radar is still the same.

@morphhh: Have you installd Patch 1.04? I've tested it on GTA IV 1.04 and Win 7 x64 and didn't got any crashes. Maybe read the installation part of the readme again, all files should be installed.

@DODI: Well, the files which morphhh were talking about need to be copied in "pc - textures". The file which make the hud blue is the "hudcolor.dat" it need to be copied in "common-data"

What filelist.pak?
BTW, SLAYERMAGGOT, I put all the files and the game still crashes when I launch it and I have the 1.0.0.4 patch installed.

I asked this question but I should be a little more clear about it.

Will the revolver and silenced pistol replace the desert eagle and glock in the game? So will the desert eagle pistol be gone and replaced with a revolver?

If so, that would be sh*t....

AGAIN, the Revolver, Silenced pistol, SPAS 12 and HK MP5 are ADDED, so they don't replace the orginal weapons. I just replaced some of the weapons like the beta ak 47 (with different stock), wodden bat, and other weapons with different coloured icons (like in beta screens).
I decided to use both baseball bats, since there are sounds for metal and wooden one. May i gonna add all beta weapons in v3.
But the problem is that it need to be spawned.
If there is another way to do that, with a script for example i'll use that in the v3 as well.

Seriously, I can't run mods in this patch, even if they are 1.0.0.4 compatible
Now I can't run this mod because it crashes

I can see that, but something i'ts just not right.......The eyes in the beta version look sharp or something, and his hair doesn't really look gray

I download the beta mod. It's awesome you guys did it cool, but i just cant see the difference on Niko beta face on the mod, with the final version.

I added the planks to the workers, the workers still hold the same tools and now the planks.

Yes, i know about this, but there aren't any other files for snow weather, it's just that one entry and hints that snow was a weather planned for GTA IV, but was cut later (never seen a screenshot though).
Snow would fit very great in IV's Liberty City.

GTA IV have only moon in the xbox 360 and ps3 version, and the texture you can find in archives of pc version.

You can see in this pic a outdoor with the beta Turismo, the car have a different grill in the bumper and off course the outdoor is beta too.
The womans in the sidewalk carry a handbags.
The Cabbie have different side windows.

In this pic the wheel of taxi look fall because of the crash. Maybe rockstar made this feature and after cut.

I think they used them just in early versions of GTA IV, need to be the GTA San Andreas Moon, in other beta screens i noticed that they used clouds like in SA too. All particle textures are generated by the game itself (like water, clouds, sun etc.). And i guess it's not possible to change the texture which it generates. I just can change the weather effects with editing timecycle.dat.

The turismo doesn't look much different to the normal turismo, maybe have different bumper and lights. AFAIK it's normal that peds in IV carry bags, mp3 players, handys, coffees etc. The Cabby looks exactly the same as in final IV. I'm just curious about the sick reflection, look at the other cabby's, seems like they don't have that, which make me think that this is shopped.

When you drive very fast in another car it's possible that the wheel will deform that badly...

It does is like that in generic IV too, if you look in carcols.dat, you'll see there are taxis in yellow with yellow bumpers, black bumpers and grey bumpers.

Yeah that's weird, they are closed in final.
Also that guy with the backpack in the red t-shirt looks like a stundent, i'm not sure if he's ingame.

You're right, they look somehow more realistic.
Also the messed up shadows on IV PC makes the trees looks like sh*t.
