I love how I can switch from heavy metal to hip-hop to piano driven ballads in an instant.

and what about to hardcore?

Sure. Only thing I can't get into is country music. I can't stand it.

Oh yeah, 8/10.

Everyone should know what this song is.

That was fantastic! Continually challenged my expectations of where the song could go next. Masterpiece. 10/10 I've never heard this band before either.

Dunno how I can follow that really, but still, here's a song I've been liking a lot lately:

Just ignore the first 30 seconds, that stupid ring tone isn't the actual song.

3/10. Sorry man, just not my type of music. Drives me crazy.

Great tune from a great but little heard band. Ignore the sh*tty fan-made video.

That was pretty cool how it managed to seem so frantic but mellow at the same time.

8/10. Really enjoyed that, Mullen. Very moody, liked the video as well.

"He Doesn't Know Why" by Fleet Foxes. This band's debut album is my favorite album of '08 and this is one of the tracks I've been digging off it lately. I greatly suggest you listen to the first few tracks of their album if you like this and proceed to buy it. Great stuff.

I liked some of the playing quite a bit, but overall the vibe and vocals didn't do it for me. 6/10

This is Zappa's Brown Shoes Don't Make It. One of his best satires. Be sure to hear it throughout, as it's sort of a collage with many many different movements.

Yeah if I was on abit of acid, maybe I'd like this song abit more. It's just a little to all over the place for me, right now.

Modest Mouse is too boring for me to listen to, I dunno why it just all starts to sound the same after a while.

Here's a video somebody made using a song from my friends band Social Code called Gone Away. I'm curious what GTA fans think of it.

I really like that, very mellow. I tend to drift toward the harder hip-hop, so thank you for introducing me to that.

Joe Satriani - Crushing Day

I can picture this being used in a Street Fighter game. This is also pretty fun to play.

I think I'll back off for awhile and let other people get a chance at this.
