Yup it doesn't work for me sad.gif I acctually don't know why it shows GTAIV.exe when it should be EFLC.exe
well here's the pic to show you that it truly doesn't work for me sad.gif

You have to use the EFLC version. It is the link right under the first one in my post.

No where did I say you could in this version, I haven't had the time lately to work on the list of audio names, it's coming though. Come to think of it, there are actually some audio files from EFLC that can be multichannel exported now because this version has an early version of my EFLC list.

Updated SparkIV to 0.6.7. Changes include:
-An initial sound name list for TLAD and TBOGT (Thanks to DerPlaya78! It doesn't have all the names but it does have most of them. I'll complete it when I get some time or if DerPlaya78 wants to do more.)
-Fixed references to GTAIV.exe in the EFLC version
-Support for the Japan version of Patch 7
-Support for the retail disc version of EFLC

SparkIV 0.6.7 for EFLC

EDIT: I started working on SparkIV today. I've got most of the missing names for the EP2_SFX RPF and I've changed the "Updated or Modified GTAIV.exe" message to take you to the Google Code page to get the newest version.

I got this new version and... acctually I have this problem since version 0.6.6. Am I the only one who can't see the models?
I've tried double click on the wft file and I tried clicking on "view" button but the model doesn't open not even the window.
It works fine with texture file, wtd that is.

Announcing 0.6.8! This version includes:

I can open up both WTD and WDRs fine. Have you tried opening up other models .... and from what RPF? What version of GTAIV or EFLC are you running? What OS do you have?

I'm talking about WFTs in vehicle.img but only the new imported WFTs with new models, old ones opens just fine.

I also found two bugs:

1. TLAD/TBoGT vehicles doesn't show the textures from vehshare.wtd/vehshare_truck.wtd. I've mentioned that before, but you may ignored it. I would be happy if you could fix that.

2. Very minor bug, when clicking in the filter, that blinking cursor is centered in the middle and not left in the field.

3. SparkIV still crashes when playing many sounds fast after another.

The best feature is of course the named string for me, i just can repeat: good work icon14.gif

Please fix those tiny bugs and it will be awesome wink.gif

So these are custom models? Why not just view them in Zmodeler then.

I just played a whole bunch of sounds one after another and not crash on my side. Regardless, I've added a thread pause and an exception catch to the audio player in the upcoming version. If the thread pause doesn't help, then at least you shouldn't crash.

I'm not sure how to fix it to tell you the truth. As I've stated before I'm not a C# coder, the stuff I'm doing right now is just easy stuff. To get around this, you can use OpenIV to import the textures into the episode vehicle images.

If I had the knowledge on how to do these things I would do it in a heartbeat, trust me. One of these days I need to sit down and start learning C#. Until then, if someone who is a C# coder wants to help out with the issues, by all means contact me. tounge.gif

Hey there,
So i was interested in downloading a certain car mod for my EFLC, it is a 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra.
I downloaded it all good, replace the handling and ide for the vehicle i wanted to replace, all good so far.

I imported the model, and from there i get an error message, and i can't continue on from there, i have not tried ignoring the message and trying it in game, as i am more intelligent than that.

This is the error message i get when i try to view either the model or the texture once imported into SparkEFLC:

I don't know what it could be that is causing this.
My other 100+ car models i have downloaded are completely okay and have no problem.

Yeah no problem.
As you can see from the image below, there are TOO MANY details, so i posted 6 screens ranging from the beginning of the error to the end, wheather it's useful to you guys or not, i don't know.

Looks like there is a problem with the textures. If it uses a seperate texture file (wtd) try replacing it with the original wtd and check if you are still getting the error.
If it uses embedded textures try to download the model again and replace it again the file might just be corrupt.
