I dont know if someone else already wrote that...

After the patch i had problems with my controller... the camera was going always up.
I tryed also to change the regedit, but nothing.

But i descovered if i lounch the game with my controller unplugged and than when the game is loaded i plug the controller i dont have any camera problem and with the xpadder i can bind all the keys i need.

I hope to be helpy

I will kick myself if this works, although I have a feeling it wont solve the problem of the GTA4 game chooses buttons for you, then when you remap your own you end up having two actions asigned to each button.

trying this now btw blush.gif

Yea.. I posted the same (17hours earlier biggrin.gif ) here:
http://www.gtaforums...st&p=1058762966

The only catch was that I couldn't just unplug gamepad, I have to disable it in the Device Manager then reenable it after starting the game

To remove the DLL just check for xinput9_1_0.dll in your game folder and rename it to .old or something. If you installed the X360 emulator hack to use a non-Xbox controller before the patch, you would have added these files (the DLL and the INI) in then. If not, then this likely isn't your problem.

They're the only files you touched when you used the hack! It depends on which version of the hack as to how many there are and where you put them. The version for GTA IV (I think) had xinput9_1_0.dll and x360cemu.ini (or something) in the game folder. Remove or rename them. You might need to restore the original xinput9_1_0.dll (which I assume you backed up, if not see the link above), depending on your configuration.

The earlier version of the hack involved (I think) putting 4 xinput DLLs and maybe the INI file in your system folder (after backing up the originals of course).

If you don't remember what you did with the hack and how to undo it then there's not much I can say to help ^^'
