Well I started playing GTA IV a month ago and I actually like(love) it. Now don't think of me as a noob since you might not know me but I posted quite regularly during the times when we were speculating what nationality Niko was.

But okay, I'm in the mission where I unlocked the next city(2nd one) and I need to know fun things to do after I beat the game. Game is a win for story but for long lasting, not quite.

Now San Andreas was a game I can play for hours on end. Fly jet planes, free dive, moto dive, all of that.

IV has that potential but it wasn't as fun as San Andreas.

Go to the lowest part of the Empire State building and get 6 stars, then go to the North side. Try to snipe the snipers before they snipe you.

There's honestly a lot more to do. Some people complain that there's nothing to do because they're not creative. There's not as many SIDE MISSIONS, but, hell, with the physics and cars, there's actually MORE to do than in SA. People just have to think of stuff to do. Like I said earlier, the game doesn't spoonfeed you things to do. You gotta think of them. (You is no one in particular, just so everyone knows)

You have to play online, particularly the race modes. They are great fun

Once I beat the story 20% of my GTA IV time became single player and the other 80% became multiplayer, I have to say, once you beat the story and get money, THERES NOTHING ELSE OF ENTERTAINMENT TO DO IN SINGLE PLAYER BUT RAMPAGE, ZIP, NADA, sh*t, im not saying its a bad game, but after the story's over and you've rampaged a bit singleplayer loses all of its edge.

It's kinda hard(really hard) to control Niko when falling.

Also where is the swing set and can someone point it on a GTA IV map for me?

Fun I did was used a heli and land on Get A Life and used a PCJ to jump off.(not that fun)

Also try to jump the city when exiting the heli.

I'm not complaining.

I'm just asking the GTA Fans here on what they think would be fun things to do when your bored after finishing GTA IV.

Kill people online then.

I am at 12% finished in the story and don't really care. Multiplayer is where its at.

Story is great I've played through it twice. Multiplayer is fun when you don't have asshats, TDM and DM is good, Free Roam is good to make friends through XBL/PSN, and the other modes to f*ck around in.

Remember, it won't last forever. GTA is a game to have, something to have on your shelf that you'll pick up every so often and play. The reason people complain is because they whore it, and then run out of ideas.

Play in moderation.

Well when I played this on the ps3, I was just satisfied with driving or walking around. Some may get mad just because there aren't that many 'substantial' things to do, like in SA. But it depends on the person and their imagination. I'm personally blown away by GTA IV, and would still buy this game even if it didn't have a storyline.

Well whatever, I just use the swing set glitch.

How do you make it go super far. I always get it to go but it will go as far as the end of the playground.

That's what I like doing. It might seem bland, but I usually just drive or walk around taking in everything.

Infact most of the time I spent playing SA I was doing the same thing.

Another fun thing to do is park a car next to a petrol pump at a petrol station, stand on the car roof, and keep shooting at the pump's base, and watch yourself fly in the air when it explodes. biggrin.gif

Sometimes you'll survive too.
