DOWNLOAD Run it "as Administrator".
P.S. Dlls from XP SP3. Virus free (packed with 7-zip & Total Commander plugin)
Edit: Updated link. Same as before but without necessary for you to run "as Administrator" (just launch the file & system will ask you itself).
You are an absolute diamond, I have been trying to get SAAC to work on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit all day and this worked perfectly!
