Looks good but, how do you know what it looked like in 3d? Is it just imagination?

No, from what i know, GTA2 cities was in 3d. The rest wasn't. turn.gif

And what happened to the other mod with GTA1/GTA2?

That's really stupid, why would they 3d it just to make it top-down? Lol.

Missions can wait until the map is in its final place. Currently it's in the middle, but there are 2 more cities that need to be placed/connected.

No, It isn't stupid. Have you ever played GTA2? The city isn't completely flat, as you move the view of the buildings changes because of perspective - Just because the view is top down does not mean it is 2D.

awesome, i loved gta2, itd be awesome if you could recreate it for sa, recognize the Zaibats headqaurters, looking forward to the yakuza and redneck areas a lot hehe

Oh and BTW, how did you deal with the thousand textures ? Reorganized them all ? Or put all in one big txd ?

I second that, Hell yeah would i slowly remake the city into a Reasonable detail level!!!

Please do so, it's one my favorite cars biggrin.gif (and it can be used as the B-type, and one of the taxis).
I plan on releasing a beta when the first town is done. Also those who could help with fixing up some models please pm me.

I would leave it as it is.

Is it yet to be scaled up? Roads seems too thin for me from those screens and doors too small, but eh...
