Note: I am beat and tired doing this, you wouldn't believe it. Terribly sorry if there are typos and errors. I will add the banners for this the next day. Also, thanks for theAlgonquin Assassins for the inspiration.

The Operandi with a Modus
(The Letifer Organization) The Operandi with a Modus, which translates "The operation with a mode", is a newly grown idea that has just sprawled into the depths of Writer's Discussion. It is a collaboration between the regular writers, and the new ones, to write a contributing piece that specifically links to the chosen theme story. The canonical, main story centers around an underground clandestine operation organization, held by the strings of an intellectual madman, that specializes in contract hits and assassinations. Writers of all kind can write their stories revolving around the agency, by creating one of the hitmen associated and employed in the organization, accepting and doing hits through the piece you've written in detail. If given authority, you may also give contracts to the other members in the agency, promising them the usual fee from your Bank Account which will be explained much later.
QUOTE
The Story

The Story: The canon theme as stated before is about an underground assassination organization called the Letifer  Organization (translates to the Trade Organization) that is set put in the grim city of Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. Once you've created the backstory and basis behind your character, who will be a hitman to fit  the role, you can start the contribution. The reason for this theme, is that so the collaboration can become more innovative and creative.

Falsely credited as a Social Science Research facility,  TLO is also secretly associated with the FBI, CIA, M15, and the Australian and Canadian Secret Intelligent Services.  TLO is supported by these groups due to the professionalism and the discreet way of “cleansing” away targets and enemies, along with helping these organizations eliminate unwanted targets. Due to this high support, The Letifer Organization is very well hidden under the radar, and only a few have known it’s discovery and true activity. TLO is also immensely discreet with the Bohemian Grove, who are made up of political and important figures from all over the world. They have little contact with them of course, and only accept their requests when it is greatly needed.

How To Begin

Beginner's luck: Yes, yes you can join, and actually any writer can! Simply shackle down the only left  'writing creative' cells in your brain, whip up a character suitable to the role, start writing and doing hits! The best thing is to expand the 'fun factor', and explaining in detail on how your character introduces himself, completes/gives a hit. Just remember that you can only write with one character, and if you wanna make another one you can simply trash the assassin in the Assassin Bin or kill him off in a spectacular way through your piece. You can accept a contract. Leaving a tray of contract goodies on the main page, if you want to complete one of the hits and confirm it so no one else can grab it, PM me or any of the head Organizers so it can be reserved. This will thrash any stories that details killing the same people that are from completely different writers and characters. We wouldn't want that, would we? People you create you as targets for the other contract killer is an important leveling of the money. If it is a lowlife, drug dealing thug the money for the hit cannot be so large. If it is someone with power in his hands, who is a stable figure, even I don't think 50 bucks is of deem. For the targets who are made of high-class and utterly produced with strong intelligence and anger, you must give a very detailed background to become suffice, and equal the hit.

I mean:

sum guy is joe william  ... he is Fb.i president guy lol
kill him i give  u  $500000 lol kk?

Nope, not accepted.

After you complete the hit, money will be transferred as soon as possible and or taken if you have given a hit. One thing's for sure that your hitman can interact with the other active ones as well. Maybe privately speak (PM) to that person before you include him/her in your story to get the personality and quirks right. The character's background can also be anywhere, just don't make it too farfetched. Possible to say your character is living in a billion-dollar mansion as a celebrity and is the king of Spain, but it's hard to find that in the deep, urban coast of Chicago.

  Financial Business

How money works: You obtain money, of course, after completing a hit. Although, if you start fresh, your cash is an automatic balance of $12,000. Being in realistic terms with an actual hit, I suppose. How really do contracts work? Well we won't really rate how fantastic you write, as the money is solely decided by you and the contractor. He/she makes the decision on how much money he/she will give based on the hit and, sometimes, your skills. A common hit, like in real life terms, costs $12,000 dollars most of the time. After you accept to do the hit, the contractor must pay half of the fee, and if you successfully complete the hit by his/her way of saying, you get the other half. Fair? Just remember you can back down from a hit at anytime, but there will be a small deduction from your balance. If the contractor chickens out on giving you the money, small, again, but just more higher than the price of the hitman's deduction. If both of you decisively refuse the negotiation after a deal, no deduction at all. The money in this collaboration is simply a way of ranking and status. Currently we're suggesting on more developing ideas on how to really work the money to it's uses. Maybe cars or guns? Suggestions are welcome at the moment.

Note that when giving the fee for the completed hit, you must not overboard the price of $12,000 unless it is a high political figure, or someone who is deemed to become difficult to take out due to his/her status. None of "1000000  dawllers for killin next door hobo, lol kk?"

I also use this rule as a safe code from people making multiple accounts and trying to earn themselves easy money without doing anything constructive.

:

JOeybobslik:

kk, kill russian president lol k? I giv aw me mon e!

JoEYbobkils:
lolol  ok, on it.

I gawt in rushya and kilt the pres lol, give me monee now.

Yeah, that's enough.

  Non-Writeable Characters (NWC)

Yeah, we not write them:
The word, Non-Writeable Characters , just explains that there are characters in the collab, that you simply cannot write as. There's one big character that I would like to get out of the way, and that's  Ra's Al  Merces, the codename of the Bulgarian head boss of the Letifer Organization . Me or anyone else of the staff will control and write as him when sending hits, approving, or to post updates.

He will occasionally be used in a story, mostly by me. You can include him as well, you know maybe visiting him at his office in his 12 story building. There's another NWC I would  like to talk about; Derek Johnson, a Caucasian, national socialist skin head, racial bigot arms dealer who is associated with the Letifer. He distributes and sells firearms through the black market and favors the Letifer as his best customer. He will occaisonly accept and even offer hits. He is presumed to be rarely used by  the staff here, as he is the guns dealer that you guys will be buying from. You may include in your story that you came to his alley and bought some guns, or you can just purchase it pre or post-script. Not too mention NWCs cannot be murdered unless approved of by the staff. More NWCs are to be approved and confirmed.

QUOTE
  Arms and Dealership

You know the deal: To expand the meaningfulness of having wads of cash in your bank, is to have a firearms dealership going around so you can purchase. These guns are no more than for the availability to have special treats and quirks, and obtain some kind of status. These  firearms are sold in the black market  by Derek Johnson through the mysterious alleyways and midnight city parks. He's a reliability, and we don't even know where he gets this stuff imported. It's not needed to include the arms deal through the story, as you may state it pre-script and it'll become confirmed. The reason for the Black Market is so that realism could be within a pitch. You can have any weapon you want to kill your target as freedom,  but there are some restrictions. These restrictions are fortunately held by the market, offering these weapons. It wouldn't be realistic if you were walking around, holding a Rocket Launcher or carrying a extremly rare Walther WA-2000 rifle (about 100 worldwide, but only 15 in America) on the streets. On notice, the weapons on the Black Market won't be there forever. The weapons in their place will change and refresh to a new one once the weapon is out of stock. Basically, weapons on the market, or even those that are not but can be restrictive, cannot be used generally throughout your story.

QUOTE
I have noticed the extremely expensive prices and fees for all the said weapons above, but the Black Market is basically a place fore more exoticness  and realism than anything. To let you know, the WW2 Welrod and Rocket Launcher are currently the highest and expensive weapon on the market. Why? Well, the WW2 Welrod pistol has stopped production ever since it's popularity stopped after the war, and are extremely rare. Not too mention it's obvious worth, if you haven't known about it all. It's truly an assassin's pistol, and can be concealed so neatly. Despite it's size, it has the strength of a powerful sniper rifle, and a shot could  kill despite age. It's said to be one of the most silent guns, but due to the rareness it can never be confirmed at it’s best. The Rocket Launcher can explain itself. If you're determined to buy it, go for it. There's only one in stock, and at the price 1 billion dollars. Clearly you know why.

The .600 Express Magnum is said to be the most powerful handgun produced, and so to make sure no one over does it, it's restricted and can only be on the Black Market if available. It has a gigantic recoil. As you can see, the Black Market heavily consists of rarity that might break the realistic barrier. Like the Dueling Pistols, which are of course, heavily outdated. But as it states, it's more of a collector's edition due to it's use, strength and powder is poor compared to today's standards. And only  two pairs are available. The rest of the guns, are just more silent and accurate to an assassin's status.

The Assassin Bin

The Assassin Bin is a the section where you dispose of an “unneeded” hitman you’ve created and wishing to start fresh or to simply quit. “Abrupt Ends” is a way of saying that you want to quit your hitman, but  decide not to kill him off in mid-story or create some kind of satiable ending, such as retiring or running away from the agency. “Killed Off” is the creative part, killing your hitman through mid-story either through 1st or 3rd person. “ Assassinated himself; traffic accident, or plainly killed,” so be it. This is to keep a steady track on who had that character, and evidence that has already created another character and is allowed to create another.

Key terms and Notes

- The Letifer Organization (TLO) is also variously called "The Operandi with a Modus", "Letifer Assassins Agency", or sometimes the " Assassin's Trade Organization", due to the fact that the Latin term Letifer translates to the word trade.

QUOTE
- Open Target; an Open Target are targets who have not been eliminated and is awaiting confirmation of death. Writers who wish to take the Open Target may do so, but must PM one of the Organizers in so no one else shall steal the target by accident and cause a jumble of stories of the same target being killed, when the target should only be killed once by one writer.

- NWC; Acronym for Non-Writeable Characters. These characters are unable to be written by the writers here, and can only be written by the Organizers, who must write in the sense and the personality traits the character is associated too and must not go off balance on character.

- Organizers; The official staff members of the Letifer Organization, who moderate the topic and stories. They can also participate and give out contracts. Organizers keep a close eye on things running around in the topic. Everything running around in the topic must be formal and well guided. The Organizers makes sure of that.

- Hit and Run hits; Mostly by people with the same computer;  uses and creates two accounts in order to bypass the code of honor by using one account to give a poorly detailed hit and offers an exaggerated wad of money, while the other takes the hit and poorly does it, and cashes in on the large bag of greens. This is a way people use to easily gain money into their bank accounts. Not tolerated and the writer will be banned from the topic at all costs, and will not offer a treaty of possibly bringing them back.

- Black Market;   imported firearms sent to an underground market, and in Chicago's case is run by NWC, Derek Johnson. Writers may buy exotic, rare and unique weapons that could be deemed restricted in order to sport the meaning of realism. Weapons on the Black Market or anything else that may seem to be of restriction can not be used regularly, unless bought, through stories at all. We don't want everyone killing their targets with a massive RPG.

- Financial Account; The money you receive after you successfully complete a contract. Fresh hitmen who have just joined will start out with a balance of twelve thousand dollars for a fair beginning. This gives the writer to either start out giving a contract or accepting one. Accounts would be updated ASAP if not immediately.

- Over-Exceed uses of high prices and considerably low ones; Stated all the way above, if you're going to give a hit contract that offers a lot of dough, there must be good reasoning detail over this hit. Warned if you ignore this rule. The president is somehow a target, don't give a basic kindergarten description about him. For lower-power targets, such as some circus actor, it must at least be decent to qualify. I don't think it just equals to the hit with the contractor fairly giving two sentences on some drug kingpin, and the hitman might give a whole novel book. Also, the hitman must not also give a standard, 1st grade description about the hit, such as "I went to the back, saw him and shot him in the face," because getting twelve thousand dollars over that isn't as fair. Money is accounted by the contractor but must be reasonable.

- Code of Honor; One of the most valuable things in this whole activity, the rules. Honesty and fun. Plagiarism, constant flames, lying, and not playing fairly is not acceptable. Never cheat, and one of the things in this place is to this act of honor to achieve great fun, and will not be thrashed upon.

- Collaboration; to work jointly on an activity or project. Which is this, and is free for all writers to join and collaborate.

- Story; The story revolves around the assassination group, The Letifer Organization, and that is the main centre your hitman is doing, because he or she is employed there from the start. Getting  off-track is not needed and will be dealt with. You can describe plots  such as spending the whole day relaxing while attempting to hunt down the target, or going to some carnival but it must somehow be relevant to the TLO. A manhunt searching for the target is a creative way to spice things up and can get you an additional fee bonus for stretching the hit, rather than quickly getting on the spot.

- Vehicles; Vehicles impending into the game is being discussed. Currently, because with poor reasons, we're letting everyone use any kind of vehicle of their choosing due to the fact that it doesn't have much of a significance at all. This discussion of vehicles being a stock market or a rule might be brought up but it is currently a cased closed.

LTO Rules and the Honor code:

1. Fun. That's why we're here, so don't ruin it for everyone else.

1. Off-topic discussion can be minimally done, but it must relate to the topic to some degree.

2. Plagiarism, not having it.

3. Multiple accounts in order to gain money or any other method won't be tolerated and you will receive a severe ban from the topic, forever with a small possibility.

4. Flaming other writers here excessively and with idiotic reasons, no not here.

5. No acceptance of creating two hitman (done with one writer). If you want to create another hitman, you must drop your assassin through the Assassin Bin by killing him off, or just abruptly stop writing as him/her.

6. Honesty, please give it your best because no one likes a cheater or a liar. In order to be played fun, you must become honest in order for it to work.

7. Anybody breaking these rules repeatedly will be punished a one week, temporarily ban. If you continue repeating the offense again and again after your one week, you will be permanently banned.

Suggestions are gladly accepted here. The more ideas implanted, the merrier! Just another notch to bring this story game to become much more of a success!

Here are some banners for the fans. They were produced by a contributor on some other site who I had asked to make me this. It was pretty large, going over the limit of the signatures here. CCPD lent a hand and easily resized them so voila.

Letifer HQ (i.e. Chicago's Social Science Research Building)

Fifteen men are gathered around a large table, the most high-class structured sets of people in sparkling suits of different colors and tones are seated with business on their mind. The seat that sticks out as the most important,Ras Al's Merceswho sits there formally, his hands clutching as he rests his chin upon them. Normally a bystander or simply someone who doesn’t know Ras and his backstory, would furrow their brows and curiously comment on the sported hockey mask that shielded his identity. Ras glanced around the men, and even woman that filled in the elegant chairs of his expensive table.

“Welcome friends,” Ras greeted to every possible associate. Those friends, or associates, nodded off at his welcoming. The stern expressions laid out on everybody’s face remained strict as Ras immediately started his wealthy discussion.

“ As you can see, interests and business are progressing very favorable for our specialized establishment,” the muffled words traveled throughout the ears of every official present there. Claps began to emerge, and the volume of those claps rose. A slim, stable woman approached at the table, pouring a steaming flood of natural tea into the stout cups of every individual at the table, filling in Ras’s rightfully last.

“Like always, we should accordingly, and quickly arrive at the bottom of business, if we want to further our effective rates,” he proclaims, not bothered to even touch the cup filled with a hot drink made from dried, crushed leaves. The same, female assistant, now had switched off the lights, and pressed her index finger against an electrical button. The reaction to this, was a highlighting movie projector on a large screen afar from the lengthy table. Ras departed from his seat, pushing in the chair neatly before he walked towards the projection screen that showcased a collection of various database.

“ We will concern, with the assassinations and objectives that most of you have suggested to be executed,” he ties his arms behind his back. The assistant notified, whispering in Ras’s ear that full-blown private function, secrecy, and the false face of acting as a simple Social Research facility were well done with.

“ From various likes such as the CIA and the M15, we shall discuss,” he declared, in the fairly lit room.

Target: Celina Joe-Anne
(serves an example hit and contract)

Age: 32

Backstory: Celina Joe-Anne, is an undercover assassin of an organization we have not disclosed due to our informative base not clearing any suffice data. We are currently at minimal war with this new group of assassins, not only are they drawing the line of excessive business, but they have found someway to discover the littlest, but still crucial parts of our business plans. After several weeks, we found and tailed one of their clients, Celina Joe-Ane, after she had murdered one of our most top employees, Thomas Mason. Shocked and grieved over this death, and how anyone else got to him and his identity, have declared this situation a cold war between us secret societies.

We have learned that Joe-Anne is, also a top and highly-acclaimed assassin, for that said group. She is highly trained in tactical techniques, body disposal, and excellent marksmanship. She know perceives a danger, due to her hidden information. So far, she supports her grandmother, who has raised her since a child, and her nephew. She seems to have no associative ties with anyone else besides this other organization, so there will bo no immediate lead. Weeks planning to track her down, and with data cracked and information from innocent civilians, we have learned she apparently hangs out eagerly at the well-received “The Jug” bar. We are curiously guessing this how she is proceeded information detailing contracts, and with a body check at the door a weapon upon her won’t seem likely.

With that, we send you, Stefan, to take her out. This small piece of info has quickly put her on the hit list, and marked off soon enough. Take her out, and with the vengeance of agent and friend Thomas Mason, a wiring of eighteen thousand dollars will be sent to you dearly. Conceal your weapon dearly, and wear lightly to not cause suspicion at the bodyguards.

Target: Johnny Scarponi

Target: Benjamin Walters and Danny Lors

Age: 21 & 23

Backstory: Benjamin and Danny are a homosexual couple, living their lives to the fullest and believing life is full of happiness and fun surprises. Sadly for these men, they seem to coiled up badly in a game of betrayal. Walters and Lors owe money to arms dealer, Derek Johnson. For a fun at target shooting without paying for one and doing it in their grassy backyard, they bought a couple of firearms to support their curiosity and amusement. Things went haywire when Ben shot Danny accidently in the foot. Wasn’t critical, but Danny has been angered about this and holds a grudge, even after an apology and fast recovery. Derek confronted Danny first as he passed by, telling him to bring the money he owed for the guns. Danny had another plan, he decided instead of owing money, to kill his homosexual boyfriend for a truckload of cash. Derek agreed, before Benjamin came along, and he too insisted besides owing the money or guns, to whack out Danny for his benefit.

Derek is quarreled between both, and decides to call us for the job. He said, as quote:

“Completely confused, that I’d thought you guys would do better. They both owe me a f*ckload of guns, money, and now they want me to kill them? Wait, what? You know now, I decide this is best left to the pros. I want anybody, willingly, to kill BOTH of them, and grab their car keys and send them to me through the agency. Sick of this game. The guns, the cash, and two brats dead is hell equivalent to a price of 15k. They hang out at some abandon house, mostly at night to do...”

Fifteen thousand dollars will be wired if the task is done along with the car keys brung back here.

Target: Richard Makowski

Age: 24

Backstory: Richard Makowski is the average joe, a fair waged job, life, home and social status. A man that likes to party, but owes rough depths to a businessman was sleazily gambled by him. Furiously angry by this act of treachery, and with his hard-earned money, easily done away with wasting it in a week has put him off the edge to have Maskowski killed. The business man has asked any employee to show Richard that he is soon to die with a short glimpse of the gun, before a bullet is put to his head, and the average twelve thousand dollars will be wired.

Target: Linda and Darrion Whitley

Age: 24 & 26
Price: $23,000
Backstory: Linda and Darrion are a newly wed couple, and their marriage falls out abruptly after they become addicted to illegal drugs, disappointing their family friends. They mourn and weep, to stop this, but these two’s addicrion just doesn’t stop. Acting in illegal activities has led them arrested and convicted on several felonies. They, personally have nothing to live for, with their mind not only addicted to drugs, but many things in general. Our mysterious and abnormal client, Reached Mind, supposedly wants them dead due to a bach of his heroin-induced syringes, stripped away from him when resided in an alley. The junkies are wanted a slow death, according to the weird homeless man.

Target: Joseph “Joey” Sanders

Age: 20
Price: $17,000

Backstory: Joseph “Joey” Sanders is a young man, recently graduating from high school and is now attending the Chicago University. Joey lives a basic, normal life with the drama situations that plague’s just about anybody else. Accordingly on his 20th birthday, Joey traveled to eastern Canada for a holiday vacation. In addition, according to Canadian Secret Intelligent Services, Joseph accidently tripped in the secret boundaries and files of the country’s agency. Joseph is believed to reveal the truth that circulates the CSIS throughout America’s voice and soon the world, but the CSIS aren’t appreciating his soapbox commentary. Having no legalization to cross over to the United States and handle Joseph themselves, they have contacted us as a miracle to silence Joey once and for all. The fee for this delicate hit is currently eighteen-thousand dollars, due to the close proximity of the target.

Taken by: Devon Winstone (Lethal Nizzle)

Target: Delilah Hutchinson
(Warning: not for the novice hitman. “Experience” is needed.)
Age: 28
Price: $25,000

Backstory: After we’ve received more information, due to the death of Celina Joe-Anne and our own hunt, Delilah is confirmed to be an undercover assassin affiliated with the now revealed, Hashish-Eaters. The Hashish-Eaters, taking their name for the original Persian assassins where they reputed to use hashish before murder missions, are a sprouting, yet dangerous organization that is filling the already-poisoned atmosphere in the city of Chicago. We are now speculating that each assassin in this inside facility use undercover occupations to shadow their true job. Celina had worked as an accountant, before she fled this job after she had taken out Mason, and was most likely paranoid that someone was going to take her out. Delilah, acts as a kind, helpful waitress at the ‘Capuano’s Bistro' Serving food at the inexpensive small restaurant, this will most likely be her location during mornings to mid-evenings. Much of the help to even track her down is due to the FBI having so much concerns towards her. The hitwoman assassinated former-FBI agent and recognized ranked member, Edgar Hoover Johnson, who died from a fatal bullet wound at the age of 75 in the same bistro Delilah works at [former FBI agent Edgar H. Johnson can be seen with Delilah in the picture above; Delilah is the waitress taking a order from the 75-year old man] . A conspiracy quickly emerged from the offices of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. We must note that only an assassin from our agency is capable of taking her out, a firearm and a hunting knife is concealed under her uniform. On the tip of her toes now with the death of Joe-Anne, her affiliated agency falling, and the FBI after her, she is a very dangerous woman. It is not suggestive to alarm her. A man or woman of poor etiquette is restricted from accepting this contract. She hangs out heavily behind the counter and in the kitchen, this means collateral damage, poor disguise, and cheap seduction/persuasion is not of use. She fairly goes out to serve orders and proceed to the back door near a dumpster, for a mere update on her privacy.

Her signature Taurus Raging Bull revolver that can be withdrawn in a second, she relies on quickness and precise aim to finish off a hit. We have no tracking where she is residing, with her fast-moving. We are assuming, and only assuming, she has an underground hideout that hasn’t been confirmed, but studies has seen that she hangs out in one of Chicago’s luxury hotels. This contract is proving to be well difficult, as we are predicting she’s hanging along with the lord of the agency, and we are now putting this contract well-aside until someone is capable of the job. I drag the shot glass quickly away from my lips, slamming the glass cup against the wooden and broad counter. Gulping down a fair amount of naturally benefitted water, my eyes glance quickly around the establishment, engulfed of numerous people chatting and chuckling as they smack the surface of the cups against the other. My stares were intense, overlooking the people that described a normal visit at a bar. The loud, rupturing guffaws from drunken fools made an importance on the subject of getting noticed by ears and eyes. I tugged in the photograph of the target in the chest pocket of my branded jacket, ignoring the explosion of laughs, conversations and antics.

I shove the short cup of glass towards the bartender, who tended and formally washed and dried the large glass mugs before casing them back into the cabinet. I ask for another shot, as I, myself look over my shoulder, wandering my eyes around slyly incase of the target’s appearance. The glittering shine from the lights up above the ceiling bugged and teased my sensitive eyes, forcing me to blink numerous times over and over until I return my head back to the bartender, who slapped the same glass cup filled with natural liquid on the counter. I swipe and clench the cup in my hand, and stretch my lips apart in order for the water to travel. Across on the other side of the bar, a face eagerly catches my strict attention.

I took a carefully concentrated stare targeted at the woman, who sat silently and lonely at a table squeezed in the corners near a bathroom door. Glasses shunned her expressions, leaving only the emotionless and low smug left on her face. She appears to be highly of concealing herself, as a tough-skinned coat covers any mentions of other garments. The hood brought over her head, as she digs her face inside a pamphlet that concerned over the food and drinks that were offered here, furthering her daring secrecy. I finally finish a nice sip of the glass of water, leaving it to become half-empty. I leave it to where it be, and climb out of the counter stool, walking on the other side. I reach for the doorknob, releasing the containment and impound of water left in the bowels served a great patience of timing.

I turn the wobbly knob of old age, the short click informing me to open the door. The woman who had straddled her self in the table seat was no longer than, the pamphlet she held was discarded sloppily on the round, rough table. I glance with questions; quickly my eyes sight a figure leaving the establishment with an abnormal place. My weary eyes documented the woman. I took the last shot of glass of the day, slapping the owed money on the counter.

Pushing the door outwards with a greater force, I began to follow away on the woman’s trail. Placing my hands in the comfort of my jacket, I steady the pace. The target seems to know of my existence, quickly looking over her shoulder before she grabs her hood downwards and treads down on the side pavement, her high heels came into sharp contact against it. My eyes, despite being reduced to squinting due to the sun’s grim glaze, still concentrates on every movement the woman has made. She nears the end of the sidewalk, the intersection afar became very close, before she swerves her body inside an encasing, narrow path. Noticing she fled quickly, I tread even harder, bringing out my rusty hands out of the warmth in my jacket pockets.

I catch up, leaning slightly over the edge of one of the brick walls before entering the thin, empty path that gave space between store fronts. I gaze down at the murky, damp concrete ground my shoes clicked against, the remaining of water was made into a puddle from the earlier onslaught of a rainstorm. I smell the stench of distinguishable watery liquid made from large clouds, before I look forward again towards the woman, who leaves a short glance before she speeds down the alley further.

Checking to see no one was around, I immediately chase after the target that dressed in a large hooded coat. A stern, grim expression whips across my face, as I motion my arms and legs at high speed; my chest pumping greatly. The target, much more ahead in terms of speed ran down the straight path, passing by garbage rubbish and littered materials. She runs down more in the alley, in what a gate fence was ahead of her.

She acts instinctively of course, lunging her body and climbing over it, before proceeding again to escape, trying to lose me. I encounter the fence, and clambering it with my hands and legs, it rattles violently before I get past it, and continue the hunt the target has tried to dispose of. Now that she has seen me, my cover is blown and it is certain I must not let her out of my grasp alive. I could hear the audible gasps escape through her lips , the punishment and adrenalin weighing her oxygen down heavily. The hunt continues, as we path down further. She takes a second to look back, but I see that the end was near.

Despite her coughing and wild chugs, she manages to develop an obnoxious sneer, showcasing her soft pink lips back to me as she turns her head, still sprinting away. I leave a smug as well, but to probability I know my prediction will be right. She brings her head back on the road, only to appear surprised as she notices a terrible predicament. It was an end alley, and there was no way to escape as she reaches the ending walls. She abruptly halts in front of the hard, brick wall, slamming her hands against it, trying to figure out if there was a way out. Her head moves in different places, frightened and unable to do anything as she’s squeezed in a pit. She rotates around, hearing my slow footsteps as I slow down the speed and start to casually walk. She glues her back against the wall, as her eyes and mouth starts to shake mildly. She whimpers softly, finally slouching down to the moist, solid ground with her back still stuck to the wall.

I near her slowly, reaching for the gun concealed in my jacket. I stop in place, fully grasping the firearm in my hand out in the open. A good length away, I straighten my stance and the aim of my pistol. The shady woman stares into the muzzle of the gun, her structure quivers in fear, her throat steadily gulps on dry air. She foresees the inevitable. My blankness face, I gently squeeze the trigger, the loud concussion barked as the round projects invisibly across the air, and lands in the chest of the womanly target.

She’s breathless, only convulsively catching her breath. She coughs up fresh blood, she winces noticeably, involuntarily showing that the bullet was straining on her need for oxygen. Her hand instinctively clutches where the penetrating wound is, the warm, red liquid bleeds through her heavy overcoat, the soaking turns it slowly into a coat of blood. I pull the trigger one again, my wrist and handle stumble minimally as another bullet ricochets towards her. Another plunges into her chest, slumping her body down and letting out a quick, sharp yelp as she leans off the fence gates and lays there with her side contacting the ground.

She hasn’t attempt to even budge, or even try to stop the constant running of blood and pain distributing from the bullet wounds. She briefly glares at the gun that would end her life, before setting her red, cracked eyes on the man holding it. Her face tells no guilt or grief, seemingly she settles in and accepts this as the final moment of her crumbling life. She doesn’t appear to show the sorrow or any sympathy when she murdered Mason, as this is a reminder to that event from the agency. Instead she portrays a determined face, enduring and supporting the fact that she will die strong in the end. I cock the gun for a final time. The trigger pulls after a precise aim, the third and last bullet has finally sunk in again in her chest of already multiple bullets. Her body jerks for the last time, and her final, gasping whisper escapes smoothly from her lips.

The muzzle of my Turkish Zigana scorches after the moments of the three repeated bullet ejections, the visible steam hisses and slithers widely, and disperses in the air. Certain that Celina Joe-Anne was officially dead, I mark her off my mental clipboard of needed eliminations. I slide the handgun back into the concealing of my favored jacket, and begin to slowly walk away out of the alleyway after, taking a last look at the corpse. I would report back to the agency, but not after ordering a drink from my favorite bar in Chicago.

Oh f*ck yeah.

I'd like to sign up as "Angelo Juanz".

Do I need to write up a more in-depth profile or can I just wait for you to post some missions up?

Dude, I'm definitely gonna join in, like I said in Writer's Ideas. I'll edit this post with my character's profile later on. Shall I just set it up like you set up the hits? ( Name, Age, Backstory ) ?

This sounds like a good idea, I will read the first post in more detail in the next few days and decide whether or not to join. Good job with the first post, looks like a lot of effort was put into it.

It’s starting to piss me off. My short fingernail can’t quite get under the cardboard to tear open the box, so I punch it open. I pull out a pack of Easy-Mac and smile to myself. My first piece of sustenance in days. It was calling my name. Victor. Open me. Eat me. I would oblige.

I poured two cups of water, not one and a quarter; I like my mac cheesy and gooey. The water ripples and the black phone vibrates on the counter. Withheld. I pour the noodles into the bowl and throw the bowl into the microwave. The phone continues vibrating. I punch in three minutes and reach for the phone. I slide it open and there’s a pause, no speaking from me or the other.

“Hello,” I cautiously say, making my way to the living room. I throw an empty cardboard box off the couch and lie down, the phone pressed against my ear eagerly.

“Mr. Kaine. You know who this is…”

“Actually,” I clear my throat. The excitement is too much. “I have no idea. When I swung by the building, I was just given this phone and told to expect a call.”

“We, I, heard that you’re good.”

“I’m not one to toot my own horn but, beep beep.” A smile wipes across my face, but is visible to no one except myself. I shift in place and make myself more comfortable. The soft humming of the microwave continues; my stomach growling with eager anticipation with each rotation of the bowl in the machine.

“How was the move?”

“Still moving,” I kick the motionless box on the floor with my dangling foot. The box slams into the front door. “The apartment is nice though. Great view of Michigan Avenue.”

I grunt as I lift myself off the worn couch and make my way back into the kitchen. Two minutes left. I tear open the cheese packet, and the breathing over the phone stays monotone and consistent.

“Do you know why we called, Mr. Kaine?”

I chuckle; to myself or maybe at the man, I don’t know. “Look, I came to you. Of course I know why.”

He’s quite for a while, and I know he’s contemplating whether to stay on the line or to hang up and cut me off, then put a hit on me. I already know too much. “Her name is Patricia Cain.”

“Funny last name,” I grab a pen and paper. “How do you spell it?”

“Patricia C-A-I-N. We’ll send you a briefing on her. Do you accept?” His tone was calm and flat.

“What’s the pay?” I watch the microwave counting down from thirty seconds. Twenty nine.

“That will be sent in the briefing.”

“Do I have a creative killing license?”

“Good day, Mr. Kaine.” The line goes dead. Fifteen seconds.

I slide the phone shut and stare at the name scribbled on the napkin. I pick it up and lean back into the kitchen counter, reading the name over and over. She’s my first victim. Well, first one in this town. The microwave dings. I’m still famished.

I've just got 1 question. On the targets in need of elimination list do we pick who we want to kill and make the story for that person and how we kill them?

First you need to PM Wanted Assailant to make sure that the target you want to eliminate isn't already taken by another assassin. If and when you get the confirmation that the target is avaliable, go ahead and start writing: introduce your character and take out the target.

Yeah, worked hard here and there. I was working on this since, what? August 8th? Eh. Enough about the bragging.

@Phusion: I see you posted too earlier when I first got this up, so I think you'll see the "missions" or the target list now. wink.gif

@LethalNizzle: Yup. The works and the basics about detailing the contract. Pretty much like that. But for your own character, nope. About creating your own character, there's no real need for an incredibly detail on his backstory. The normal jizz should suffice.

@Sergi: Yup, and Vercetti21 got the rest out. Although I'm trying to make this part more easier to work with.

Looking forward to everyone participating, and ups for Cubanwhip's clever intro already. Updating the front. icon14.gif

Great idea, and I'm definitely intrigued by this. I'll try and cook a character up and write an introduction for him to get myself going; this sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun!

All right, I'm a double-posting bastard in the same topic. Just needed this to be said.

The "Wanted Targets" table chart (including picture, contractor, etc..) will have a long build of history, whenever a target is created it will stay there for about uh..forever. Doesn't matter if they are completed hits.

The letter-esque material describing those targets in the second post I made will be removed whenever some is eliminated. Basically it is refreshed when a contract is newly created or when a contract is already done with. Pretty much a Wanted Targets board with update-info and moving on.

When you're creating a contract and the hit, detail it as the same above, or closely to it. Copypasta is what I'll do.

All that isn't well needed actually. You could actually implant that in your stories, you know squeezing them in. A intro would of been better to explain this. Like Cubanwhip's.

Six feet, seven inches tall, and 187 pounds? Lean man. Why was a Russian even contacting with the Italian mafia? They would belong to a Bravta, which is just the Russian counterpart. At twenty-two, he's led an extremely violent lifestyle.

OK,change Leone Family to Corleone Family and LC to NYC.The reason why he isn't in the Bratva is because he got a house in Little Italy and could only get a job in Mafia-run businesses.

Ehh..... I'm pretty sure the Italian mafia aren't going to accept a Russian. Unless he's just an associate and nothing else. I'll let things sway for now, even with the absurd Godfather reference. That far back in the your character's backstory isn't needed as said, because primarily he'll be doing contract hits and sometimes sending them.

Updating...

Here's my first story,it aint much, but it's my first hit.

I'll take the contract on Johnny Scarponi.

I awoke that morning and got dressed in my usual attire, the shirt and the sweatpants and such. I walked around the plain 2-bedroom apartment that was given to me by my friend Johnny Torrio back in NYC.Things were looking hopeless,I had to flee NYC for killing a Waka-Gashira,the Yakuza equivalent of an Underboss. My life in the Corleones would go nowhere, with me being Russian and all. And I had to bring a 29-year old loser and her 16-year old daughter.

Then I got a call. The cell phone rang loudly to the tune of the Indiana Jones theme. I picked it up.

"Are you Sergei Vyenslav?" said a man with a thick Appalachian accent.

I replied "Who are you?"

He said "I work for the Russian Mafiya on behalf of the Corleone Family Mafia back in NYC. I needed a guy with the balls to kill a crime lord. That may have been your first hit,but it was one hell of a hit. My name is Copperfield. I run the rackets down in West Virginia for the Russian Mafiya. Listen,I'm in Chicago and I need your help. Meet me at The Silver Dream,it's a nightclub on Pine Street. Bring any weapons with you."

I looked around for weapons. I got a polished and sharpened stiletto knife and sheathed it before putting it in my pocket. I also got my fully loaded Browning HP and four clips and put the clips in my jacket and the gun in my pants.

I walked down to the parking lot and got in my car,a black 2003 Taurus. Driving down the road,I listened to some good old-fashioned classic rock. Creedence Clearwater Revival,to be exact. I drove down the block to Pine Street. Because it was early in the morning, traffic was easy to navigate, so I arrived quickly. Maybe Copperfield called me so early because of this?

I arrived at the Silver Dream. The building looked like a late 19th century Georgian house like those found in Victorian London. But it had a large sign that said "THE SILVER DREAM" written in a Country-Western font. I entered the nightclub. It looked like a mix between a western saloon and a Victorian mansion. There were only five people in there, the bartender, a gruff bouncer, and a young couple consisting of a 20-something blonde girl and a tall man. The other one was a man in a black cowboy hat, black boots, black jeans,a black duster,a black vest, sunglasses.and a light gray western shirt. He had a deathly aura to him and looked like he was in his late 30's. This man must've been Copperfield.

I sat at the bar next to Copperfield.

"Sergei, I'm gonna cut the small talk and get to business. The Russian Mafiya of Charleston,West Virginia and the Corleone Mafia Famliy of New York have always been allies. And now we are expanding into Chicago. We made an alliance with the Trapani Family, but things have changed. There's a guy named Johnny Scarponi. He's a made man,but he shows no respect and he has compromised Corleone-Trapani relationships.I want you to take him out. He hangs out at a bar. Kill him and set the bar on fire to destroy any evidence. Then we'll wire you a handsome reward." said Copperfield in his hillbilly voice.

I was driving down the now crowded streets of Chicago and after an hour down the block listening to CCR,I finally reached the bar.

I entered the dank place it was nothing like the luxurious Silver Dream. It was filthy and dim and the smell of cigarettes and cheap beer polluted the air, much like Moe's Tavern on the Simpsons.I went up to the bartender.

I said "Hey bartender,I'd like to know where Johnny Scarponi is."

The bartender told me to go down into the basement, and so I went. Walking down the creaky wooden stairs,I entered the blank and almost empty basement. In the middle was a man in a fine suit at the table counting cash. This guy must've been Johnny Scarponi.

I shot him without saying a word. The bullet hit him in the throat, causing a red mist of blood spray out. To finish him off,I shot him square between the eyes, causing him to fall to the ground.

Behind him there was a stairway,so naturally I looked up it to see where it would lead. The single flight led to the backdoor of the bar. So I took the pile of newspapers and the bottle of whiskey from Scarponi's desk and threw them on the ground, lighting them on fire. I made a trail leading to the stairs and eventually the rest of the bar. I ran up the back stairs and got in the car, driving back to the apartment as fast as I could.

I called Copperfield and said "Scarponi is dead, now what?"

Copperfield said "You'll get the reward in the mail. Now we must focus on the Hellsing Family,an Irish Mob syndicate that's muscling in from Boston. But now you can relax. I checked your gun, it's a model so common in this area that it can't be traced, and with the fire destroying any witnesses, you can rest easy."

I took his advice and drank some water before taking a nap.

A few hours later I woke up and recieved a large sum of cash in the mail. I realized that being a hitman could be profitable.

The next day I bought two guns that could be valuable in my new line of work,I got a Mossberg 500,the gun I used to blow Hajime's head off that fateful day in New York, and a Tec-9,because it was cheap and fully automatic. The local gun shop got rid of the waiting period as long as you have no criminal record. Thank God the Corleones covered up that hit in NYC.

I tucked the guns in the trunk and met Kasomi and Sora, who were cooking some chicken. After dinner I watched The Simpsons, and then I got a call.

"It's Copperfield, meet me at The Silver Dream first thing in the morning."

Righty-ho... I've created myself a character, and his back-story can be found here. smile.gif

My plan is that I've created this character, and I may write my own, totally separate, perhaps non-canonical story involving him. However, I'll also use this same character to execute hits throughout this topic, too; giving me the best of both worlds! tounge.gif

So, be sure to read that for an in-depth background on him to get him started, and I'll take out one of the hits in the near future. A little bio for those interested:

Two things. One, Raúl is sexy. And two, I might join this if for no other reason than to get back into writing.

The hell you might! Just bloody do it Andy, you know you want to! It's time for you to get back in the game, and there's no reason not to - it's begging for you to just let loose and join in. Think of all the snuffery you could adapt and apply to the assassinations! Just think of it!

biggrin.gif Then in that case I may use a character from one of my unwritten projects: either Remy Oxborough (assassin) or Dean Morgan (hitman). ph34r.gif

One day he killed a Yakuza lieutenant named Hajime and was forced to flee to Chicago.

You're so immature. Do you know that? I've known children below the age of three who are more mature than you, and they know when to let go of a stupid little grudge. Why can't you just grow up, and accept the fact that you've been banned from B.U.Y.G.? You don't need to "kill off" my character at every available chance, it's annoying, immature and just plain idiotic.

@Wanted Assailant: Sorry for spamming, your topic. But this idiot has really been getting to me lately. Sign me up for this whole do-hickey though; I'll create a character soon.

Both of you, shut up. This isn't BUYG and nobody cares about whether or not someone was banned from it or whether they'll be able to make a super-super anticipated return to it. Quit the bickering and don't try to derail this fine topic - leave it out.

@Gabriel: Hm.. I understand. Although I've seen these bickering arguments all over the place. The BUYG, Writer's Ideas, here.. Albeit the culprit is Angelo, for his constant need to bring up an old, rotten fight because he cannot let go of a useless grudge. But, there a better ways to end it such as fully ignoring him. But I guess it's hard when he's blabbing on. End this now, or at least in this topic. Death threats, Angelo, although weak, are not accepted. Create your character and so-on and he'll be ready to go, Gabriel. Your name and the account is just going to be on the list, for now.

Scratch that, just don't post anything not related, i.e. you and Gabe.

Okay:

Good way of including two different canons for your character that way, Eminence. I'll add him to the list. Remember to notify me who you're going to take to accept a contract tp make it strictly official.

Anyways, a bunch of needed work here is always piled up on your office desk when you're out of sight. Angelo's semi-interesting, and first contributed hit to The Letifer Organization gets him the delicious reward of thirteen-thousand dollars.

Ok, I think I've gotten everything I can update. Eminence's hitman and Angelo's contract hit fee are updated. Oh and, just on notice I won't be the only guy mailing in contracts. Unless everyone atleast sent in a contract to be taken, everything and the cash are going out fast.

I'd also like to include these spiffy banners made by someone on some other site, which I won't verify, but the resizing was done by CCPD. Not too spectacular, but it's a start.

Just forget it, and don't bring it up again - at all.

So, regarding the hits. I'm confused about what you were trying to say last - you want people to come up with hits and send them in - potential targets and the like? Or are you going to add some periodically. It seems the only ones left are the double-murder ones, at the moment.
