Where are all of the underground garages? I'm only aware of the one north of the Middle Park East safehouse, across the street from the police station, off of the main street above Middle Park.

Underground? First i've heard of this. When ya save do they just spawn there permanently?

They're not save spots, they're just parking garages that I want to know where they are.
