It's no surprise they made a new one out of carbon fibre considering how rare those are.

Some kind of mod class. A mod or B mod or C mod. Basically bike engined single seat stuff. Most of it would be open wheel which is one thing that really sets that thing apart.

Looks very similar to some of the hillclimb classes that are restricted only by engine size.

That's usually how they are around here. Usually GSXR motors. One of them will be 600 cc class. One a 1000 CC class. And another a 1300+ class. At some events, Formula Fords will run against 1300 GSXR stuff.

I wouldn't say I'm anymore of an 86 fan than anyone else out there, but this this is something else. Just the collection of parts on it is nothing short of incredible.

I want it so badly, just not as a drift car. With a big rear wing it would make an amazing Modified Production hillclimb racer.
ASCAR V8 powered 86, who'd have thunk it?

600hp 6.2L LS3, in a car that light. I would love to be the one pressing down on that accelerator, lol.

Seen this thing a while back and thought it was pretty cool. Billet 10.2 liter twin turbo V8, 2280 whp. Air shift billet sequential trans with a torque converter. Billet T-case with selectable 4wd. Billet stuff errywhere!
