Name: Phillip McIllroy.
LOC: The Liberty City Subway System, Algonquin.
Connections: None but he is very dangerous.
Reason for hit: An anonymous source of mine gave me a patient list that he "found" for the old Colony Island Mental Hospital, all of the patients have since died except for one, Phillip McIllroy, he is a danger to himself and to others.
Appearence: White American, grey beard, blue hood with grey coat and white top with cigarette box in top coat pocket, rope belt, white broken gloves, dirty grey trousers, dirty odd broken shoes.
More Info: He is easily recognisable as he has a blind eye. You should be able to find him in the subway interchange by a burning barrel with some friends, kill him only.
Reward: As there is a present danger of being hit by a train, $5,000.
Where are you assassins?
Posted 16 August 2011 - 06:31 PM
This straight forward hit will be my penultimate until I 'retire' to Vinewood [Until GTA V, that is]
I took my Sentinel through a maintenance entrance into the bowels of the subway, straight to a familiar location in LC's seedy underbelly - the hobo congregation under the Easton train station. As soon as I parked up, I saw a small gathering of unkept, homeless men warming themselves around a fire in a bin. I stepped out of my vehicle, and walked confidently through the shadows, shotgun slung over my shoulder.
Once I stepped into the light, a few had already walked off toward the maintenance stairs further up the track. Only him and a black friend of his remained, backs to me. I cleared my throat loudly, as I lowered the shotgun to a firing position. They both turned around, aghast. The shower of buckshot tore through Phil's chest, and his friend's head was ripped to shreds also. They both fell, and Phil writhed slowly and silently in the grime on the ground. I followed up with 2 point blank shots to the upper chest and head, putting him to sleep.
I proceeded to leave, dodging an oncoming train with slight damage to the back of my car. I ditched the vehicle in a niche on the way, and walked the rest of the way to an obscure entrance that led to a station. Melding into the commuter crowds, I walked back to the surface. Near to my penthouse, it was a simply stroll back. Thankfully, my shotgun was stashed so I didn't have to draw any worrying glares on the sidewalk.
Philip McIllroy - Eliminated
99th Completed - $79,750

QUOTE (El Zilcho @ Tuesday, Aug 16 2011, 18:31)
My dear brother, I have been noting your "countdown" with interest. I have absolutely no idea what my own personal reckoning might be, and I couldn't begin to wade through all the pages just to see how much blood is on my hands, as interested as I am. Perhaps Father has a rough count?
I have been preoccupied of late with other work that takes me away from Liberty City, but I have not forsaken any of you, you may rest assured:
That moving shadow in your eyecorner? That footfall in the empty street behind you? That open drawer you swear you locked? All me, dear brethren, ever-watchful me...
But I have a little time on my hands -twiddling my thumbs while I wait to hear back from my Vatican paymasters- so I think I can rustle up a little business that might tempt you.
There is a gardener -a paranoid, social malcontent going by the name Chancey- who works at the secret base in Hatton Gardens. When he can get the ear of one of the FiB agents or even the occasional MiB he never looses the opportunity to begin asking a lot of questions about why the case-file on our brotherhood seems to be dormant.
He is not a stupid man, just an inconvenient one. But fortunately for us, quite irritating on a personal level, and not helped by his oppressive body odour. So far no one likes talking to him for long and no one is taking him seriously, but there may come a time when someone there decides to reopen the file just to shut him up.
It would be a great service to the brotherhood if Chaney were to be silenced with the greatest finality.
IDing him might prove a tiny bit problematic as he wears his city issued coveralls with a grey hoody up over his head, so a proper description of his features is unavailable. (Paranoid, you see? Tsk!) However, you will be able to smell him easily enough: a blend of ammonia, wet mice, Turkish brandy, and lady scented body spray. This will necessitate getting up close and personal, so sniping him from a distance is not really a viable option. Other than that, the method is yours to choose.
I'm sure you are familiar with the "Secret" base the Men in Black use whenever they are in town: by the riverside in Hatton Gardens. As covert shadowy organisations go, they don't really seem to grasp the concept of discretion. The statue in the parking lot is fooling nobody, and the trigger happy guards with machine guns are a bit of a giveaway.
There is no point pretending that we are not responsible for this hit, so you might consider going in in full Algonquin Assassin style: fully suited, officially sanctioned vehicle, minimal collateral damage. We do not want to start a war. Indeed, if you can take out Chancey and no one else, you will win their admiration (and possibly even their gratitude)

I started the mission by locating Hartell's boatyard. I rolled onto charge island in my black sentinel and parked it close to his hideout, keeping the engine running, in case I encountered resistance. After getting out of the car, I readied my combat pistol and started walking towards the smallish boatyard at a steady pace. I closed in on the parking spot, but as soon as I stepped out of my cover I knew Hartell wasn't there. I got back to my car and delayed the mission. As I rolled back into Bohan in the early hours of sunday, I drove by Perestroyka. The guards had gone, their working hours end at dawn. I noted this fact. That night, the window of opportunity would be small. I had to commence in the earliest hour of Hartell's appearance and finish before dawn. At this point, I could do nothing but wait.
That evening I drove towards Charge Island early, but in place of Hartell's alleged hideout I found an abandoned scooter. Something was amiss and my patience with Hartell's movements was threatening the success of the mission. It was time to take matters into my own hands and alter the plan. I knew Hartell would not be far away from his old location, so as not to affect his business, which I knew to be as active as ever. From the boatyard I could see a small park. I instantly know Hartell would be there, and sure enough, I immediately saw him walking there, accompanied by a hooded man dressed in ragged clothing. I started my silent pursuit, which lasted several minutes, until he and his companion had walked into a secluded area of the park. Perfect, I thought, as I got closer and motioned the hooded man to walk in the other direction. He immediately complied, now it was just Hartell and me. There was one problem, however. If I killed Hartell and failed to find his car, I would be unable to frame him for the deaths of the two bodyguards of Perestroyka. I had to think fast, and in my mind a complex web of conspiracy, revenge, and misunderstanding started to weave itself. I raised my gun and shot Hartell twice, once in the upper thigh and once in the shoulder and then took his money, before fleeing in a stolen car (I had, at this point, discarded of my original vehicle by driving it into the ocean). He would live, which was exactly what I needed to set my plan into motion.
As soon as Hartell left hospital, I stole a car and drove up to Perestroyka, where the bodyguards had just come in for the night. I broke the car's window and opened fire with my SMG. Boris Novikov immediately fell to the ground, while his cowardly colleague tried to flee the scene. I got out of my car and shot Vasilevych three times with my pistol. He was dead before he hit the ground. The police had just come to the scene, but it would be impossible to ID me in the dark, so I calmly got into my car, shooting Novikov two more times to confirm he was dead, and escaped from the confused and flabbergasted LCPD. The mob now undoubtedly suspected Hartell of the hit, as he had been shot (by me) several days earlier and undoubtedly blamed the shooting on the Russians. The mob would want revenge, so the next stage in the plan was simple: Kill Hartell and let the mob take the fall. As soon as I reached Hartell's neighborhood, however, it was apparent that this would not be as easy as it sounded. Hartell, scared by the previous hit, had apparently left town to make himself disappear. He could not have gotten far, however, and when I saw a motor boat on the horizon, I knew exactly who it belonged to. I quickly drove the car into the ocean near Hartell's workplace (this was the same car I had used to get to and from Perestroyka to kill the bodyguards, if it was found in Hartell's hideout it would serve as even more evidence of his guilt) I then made for a small fishing boat in the harbor and went after the coward. As soon as he was within range, I stopped the boat and took out the RPG I had conveniently taken with me. Several seconds later, Hartell's boat disappeared from the face of the ocean in a voluptuous fireball.
To the mob, it looked like Hartell had been robbed, blamed it on them, killed two of their men and disappeared.
To the police, it looked like another back-and-forth exchange of hits that had become a staple of the Russian mob's dealings.
To me, it was a successful assassination.

I drove up to Hatton Park and located Chancey's spot, a small park heavily guarded by armed cops - this was not going to be easy. From my vantage point I could only see a few shadows walking in the park, but I knew Chancey would be there the next day.
Once the sun had risen, I acquired a helicopter and flew up to the park from the riverside - carefully avoiding detection. I immediately located Chancey, but killing him would be a bit of a challenge. I knew that once I had landed in the garden, I would have to stay under the radar just long enough to be able to kill Chancey and escape before the MiB set their dogs on me. This had to be a clean but clear job - the assassins wanted Chancey gone, and so it would be. The MiB would be powerless.
I flew closer with my helicopter and, after IDing Chancey, lurched into the park. The helicopter struck the ground with a thud, I jumped out and immediately ran for chancey, who had not yet realized the grave implications of the seemingly clumsy landing, so when I unleashed the full lethal force of my M4 assault rifle on him, he didn't know what hit him. As soon as I had confirmed his death, I started planning my escape. One of the guards, who had stood in the vicinity, pulled out his gun, intending tod shoot me. I had no choice but to prevent more bloodshed by putting a single bullet in his shoulder - enough to neutralize the threat just long enough for me to escape. I heard the wailing sirens of the approaching police force - the brotherhood had insulted them - they would not stand still for it. My helicopter was badly damaged and rendered unairworthy by its location. I would have to make a run for it. I ran towards the water and jumped to my temporary immobilization due to injury. It did not matter - Chancey was dead.

We cannot really accept testimony given from a hospital bed: the combination of trauma and pharmacology make it wholly unreliable. Anything you believe happened may turn out to be simple wish fulfillment. So it's best to just put it from your mind and go check the scene again. Often as not, you will find it apparently never happened at all, and the target is still up and walking around.
I maintain that If the Men in Black get hold of one of the brethren dead at the scene, they can get up to all sorts of mystic sci-fi shenanigans, involving mind transfers, reanimation, and temporal phasing. But I've been assured by the highest qualified health-care professionals that this is "unlikely" at best. Although, you can't trust these "rational men of science": The Consultant from the San Fierro Home For The Bewildered, for example, stared praying like a guilty provincial priest for some theosophical anthropomorphic Deity to save him while I disemboweled him with a plastic "spork" from an airline cutlery service. Now, you wouldn't call that rational, would you?

My apologies for not being very present. I'm here with good and bad news.
Bad news is, I'm going to be leaving the...office, for three months. I'll be able to keep tabs on the Algonquin Assassins but I won't be able to post any photo targets.
Good news is, I have this target for you:
Target: Qasim Jaffar
Description: (see briefing)
Location: Northwood Heights Bridge
Briefing: Qasim Jaffar is a Saudi real estate magnate. In his business he's made enemies, but maintains a very public lifestyle that borders on careless according to his opposition. It's time for him to fall from his tower, or so we're told. Jaffar is coming into town and will be riding in a Helitours helicopter this coming (in-game) Thursday, likely during the afternoon. We don't know his scheduled flight except that it will be that day and he will be flying over the Northwood Heights Bridge. Being that he has security watching from the bridge, [/b]you must shoot him down from the water[/b]. Grab a boat and take him down, preferably with a sniper rifle. Afterwards, get out of there before his security or the police can intercept you.
Good luck Assassins.

Databases updated. How long this [lull] in activity has been going on is [disconcerting] .
[ThingsWillBeDifferent] , I'm afraid I'm going to have to disqualify both of your attempts at assassinations so far. When taking out Hartell, Novikov, and Vasilyevich, you did not follow the instructions given. Additionally, part of your hit could not be [brought to fruition] in game (Hartell going to and getting out of the hospital). Finally, it was just too far-fetched. To assume that everything would [fall into place] as you say it did is just a bit too much. Feel free to try again, but remember to work within the limitations of the game.
As for eliminating Chancey, [Infinite Monkey] appears unsatisfied with your hit. If it doesn't fly with the poster, it doesn't fly with me. Again, feel free to try another time.

Reason for Assassination: Hacking into mainframes and reading everyone's emails at his place of work. Afterwards, he's been changing everyone's desktop to various forms of animal pornography. Well, the boss just told his son to play Doom on his computer... lets just say it was a very educational experience. Kill this douche!
Appearance: dark skinned, black hair, faint beard, red jacket over yellow shirt with a backpack. Unknown pants or boots.
Location: Star Junction, Algonquin, near a coffee house.
I might take down a target this weekend cause my mock exams are over, but we'll see.

Everyday I would check the AA website for hits, at one point I was a loyal assassin but new blood came in and I left it to them as well as the other assassins but my bloodlust cannot be held back any longer, a target is still alive, the Algonquin Assassins are in need of help, and I'm coming back into the scene. Chancey, prepare to meet your maker.
I left my luxury Middle Park East apartment and hopped into my Infernus outside whilst dressed to kill. The ride would not take too long as the target would only be down the road in the CC compound, it wasn't until I was outside of the vicinity that it dawned on me how hard this hit will truly be; I could get shot down by security, my car could become immobilized during the escape, I could be arrested, Chancey could escape, all of these possibilities were running around inside my head. Suddenly a song came onto the radio, a song that would encourage me to do the hit, the song was "The Seeker" by The Who as I would be the one seeking Chancey in this life or death situation. I just blanked out by mind of any thought and drove into the compound.
Now inside at first security took no notice of me, perhaps they thought I was a foreign dignitary arriving to make a speech or Mayor Julio Ochoa on another drive through the city, but as soon as my front wheels mounted the grass of the back courtyard of the complex the security jumped into action. 9mms, M4s and snipers from an overhead police helicopter were now firing down on my vehicle as I sped forwards and backwards through the courtyard searching for Chancey. Perhaps I should have scouted him out first before I entered to find him? Well it was too late now.
Just as I lost all hope and feared death I saw him, Chancey was running around in the courtyard with a brush in hand whilst security and very important looking people in suits ran around also, I had to take my chance it was now or never. I sped towards him in my now smoking Infernus riddled with bullet holes and I smashed into him sending him flying across the courtyard until he hit a small child like statue in said courtyard. I plowed into the statue with Chancey now at the base of it to make absolutely sure he was dead as there would be no room for error now, a cloud of blood rose up infront of the car and a stain of blood appeared over the base of the statue in time of a loud thump and a yell from Chancey, he was definitely dead and so would I if I didn't think to escape soon. Out of the corner of my eye I saw it, a sure blessing in disguise, a ramp at the end of the courtyard leading over a wall. I sped towards it and it sent me flying over the on/off ramp of the motorway running below, I hit said motorway with a crash, the front of the Infernus now dented and missing both headlights and riddled with bullet holes all over I could tell this vehicle would not last very much longer, so I did the impossible and drove across to the other side of Algonquin dodging LCPD squad cars, Patriots and NOOSE Enforcers whilst heading to my safe haven, the Pay n' Spray in Purgatory.
My car now spewing black smoke I made it to the Pay n' Spray. Time passed by and my car was restored to its former glory. I drove away and sighed a sigh of relief and a drop of sweat too, Chancey was dead, I was still alive, and the Algonquin Assassins rise once more.
Posted 25 September 2011 - 09:54 PM
After going 6 days without another assassination my blood lust came back again so I looked for yet another target to end, Jack Phelps caught my attention and it seemed to me to be a simple assassination even though it was to involve the LCPD again, but I like a challenge as my hit on Chancey shows.
So I left my apartment and jumped into my Infernus that was a nice, new shiny colour now after having sprayed it after Chancey's hit and I drove over to Hove Beach whilst listening to JNR Jazz Nation Radio.
I arrived a while later taking traffic into account and passed by the Hove Beach LCPD station, sadly I did not spot Phelps outside, so I went to the local diner and got a bite to eat. Afterwards I went back to the station but still no sign of him. I drove my Infernus down to the Hove Beach train station and then it hit me, I was driving the wrong damn vehicle. So I drove all the way back to my apartment and parked up my Infernus and got a taxi to take me to the bike dealership in Alderney. I stole a bike there and drove all the way back to Hove Beach, as you could imagine I was very annoyed now so killing Phelps would make me feel slightly better, and oh I was in luck as apon returning to Hove Beach I spotted Phelps outside of the station talking to some other officers. I pulled out my phone and tried my best to take a picture of him from the other side of the road, after the photo was taken I pulled out my trusty sniper rifle, crouched down behind my new bike, scouted out Phelps and pulledthe trigger. He fell back and blood sprayed all over the wall of the station behind where he was standing, all hell ripped loose as the other LCPD officers began to retaliate to the shot as did some nearby Russian mobsters who began to exchange fire with the officers allowing me to make a dash over to the nearby Pay n' Spray.
After my bike was sprayed and fixed I drove off into the sunset (or to be more precise I drove back home) and I felt slightly more better now that my blood lust had been quenched for another day.

Jerome "Snakes" McKnight
Snakes was listed in the description as a prisoner going to turn states - so I assassinated an inmate at the Alderney Correctional Facility
I climbed up one of the large petrol tanks in Alderney Industrial District which ran along side the farthest end of the oil refinery. It was the closest to the Correctional Facility and provided an excellent sniping spot from which to eliminate Snakes, the prisoner who was going to flip. I watched over his location, and saw Snakes near the exterior of prison, being brought outside for some gardening. Typical. He worked under simple supervision - his anonymity obviously being use to protect him. But I knew who this rat was, and he was marked for termination.
As soon as he was closest to the edge of the walls, where the cover was minimal. I waited for my moment, held it steady. Held my breath. Fired. McKnight's head shattered, his banadana being torn in half by the magnum calibre sniper round. I turned around and immediately exited the roof of the tank, running down the steps behind as the prison sirens exploded with ferocity. I ran to my Voodoo and stashed the sniper, before coolly starting the engine and leaving. Police sirens were still blazing by the time I left Acter, but the attention was disjointed.
Jerome "Snakes" McKnight - Eliminated

Warning: The following targets will have to more or less, 'disappear', or have their death ruled accidental. If they don't, the hits are useless, and I'll get tried for murder again. Be wary of this, assassins. Precision is key. Every hit will reward you $450 in cash, with a $200 bonus on Randolph Ianucci if you're able to fake his drowning.
The day started like any other day, shower, breakfast, and a five-mile run on the treadmill. Then I turned on my phone and saw this target. How to carry this one out, I wondered. Jumping out of a perfectly good airplane at 35,000 feet to swim five miles to an enemy shore to take out some drug lord was one thing, but this? I then remembered that there was a Cognoscenti at the Pegorinos' old mansion. Why it was still there after the old woman moved out, I have no clue, but I did know that it would not be missed. I took a cab to the mansion, got out, and got in the car. The drive to Castle Gardens allowed me to put together how this was supposed to happen. A good approach would be that of a jilted lover, whose girlfriend slept with the target. Another one would be an angry investor, whose portfolio the target mismanaged. Whatever approach I used, I was sure the operation was going to be a success. I drove the car into the plaza and parked it near the fountain, the spot of the "accident." I got out and started walking around, even putting a nickel into the touristy binoculars to look at the Statue. After an hour of walking around the pier, I ran into him. Close-cut brown hair, blue tie, and brown suit. He had one of those weasely mustaches too. "Your name Randolph?" "Yes, Randolph Ianucci. How can I help you?" I punched him square in the mouth. "My girlfriend yelled out your name last night! You're old enough to be her father!" He retorted: "I don't know who you are talking about!" "Whatever bro, you're going to pay." I punched him again, hitting him backwards towards the fountain. My final punch knocked him unconscious and gave the momentum to throw him over the fountain wall. When he came conscious, he would be sucking water instead of air. I got in the Cognoscenti and beat feet out of there, making it look like hitmen racing away. The sirens started behind me, as medic and police units moved toward the scene. I ditched the car in an alley near city hall and took the subway back to my penthouse uptown.

Reason for Assassination: Forming an "intimate" relationship with a close friends wife
Location: The Grotti Car showroom
Time:9:30 AM - 13:00 PM
Description: Mr. Perry needs to learn that other men's wives are off limits. This isn't the first time he has been involved in an affair but I would very much like it to be the last. Mr. Perry is a well respected and known lawyer in down town Liberty City. The name of the firm, Goldberg, Ligner and Shyster, with the former being murdered in that horrible stabbing of course, but you would be fortunate to find him here. Mr. Perry spends a lot of time out of the office at the moment, claiming he has to look after a sick relative. The truth however is much worse, he is spending most of his days sneaking into his junior solicitors house and sleeping with this man's wife. This isn't new to Mr. Perry except he hasn't realised that his junior solicitor knows people who don't take kindly to this activity. He enjoys splashing his cash on his female friends and is an avid car collector, hence the reason he is at the Grotti showroom every morning. He tends to wear a gray or black suit, wears glasses and his once brown hair is beginning to turn gray. Also, he always has a cup of coffee from The Bean Machine. I understand this will be a difficult assassination as there will be witnesses but maybe if you "encourage" him to leave the showroom, you may find your task slightly easier. Finally, I don't care if you put a bullet through his brain, drown him or stab him, as long as he isn't breathing, your task will be complete. I am thus willing to offer $15, 000 for his death, make it happen Assassins.

Reason for Assassination: Forming an "intimate" relationship with a close friends wife
Location: The Grotti Car showroom
Time:9:30 AM - 13:00 PM
I exited my Alderney City haven with a sport coat on. I had a feeling it would drizzle, and I don't like to get a real suit too dirty. In my parking spot was a black Washington. Impeccable shape, clean. In my mind I had planned to take the subway. But what's the point with a car like this? I made my way towards the Grotti shop. I parked up, normal like. I had watched the pedestrians park all throughout my journey. And I emulated. No suspicion yet. I leaned against the Perseus Shop right across the street, under the guise of shopping for new clothes. Now let it be said, I'm no wordsmith. But when I did this job, I did it well. I didn't f*ck up. Not once. To my astonishment, the target was right there! He was chatting with a business woman, likely come up here from The Exchange. I took no note of the other participant in their long conversation. He was really jovial. I guess this broad he was banging did a lot to lift his spirits. Too bad he f*cked with a guy in tight with our guild. Now here's where it got all scientific. My goal was to shoot him in his eh...man parts. The Ancelottis have been using this method to send a message for years upon years. It's simple, effective. The problem was, I can't just flank him as per usual. I'd be on the wrong end. And at his front, the one place I could get a shot, was the doorway to Grotti, and not enough room in between us to get an effective hit. But in an instant, everything snapped in to place. The answer was clear! I pushed him down, his head hit the pavement, and he made a pathetic attempt to crawl away. By the time he got up, I had looped around him. But he crawled back again, and went the wrong way! There was panic on the streets, and I had to get the job done right. I had to stall. I readied my glock, best I could, and as he ran away, shot him once in the leg. Down he goes, for a while this time. Enough time to situate myself properly, and BANG! Right in his cock. I drew a baseball bat hidden under my sport coat. One hit. Two! God, he was screaming. They say the most f*cked up thing you can do to a man is to make him leave this world without a gun or a knife. One thing's for sure. When I went in there, I knew I wouldn't use either. Not for the kill. I had to make him hurt.

The Unknown Woman
Age: Mid 20's
Appearance: Red haired, hat, a necklace, often seen with a brown jacket, jeans and pink shoes.
Location: Middle Park East, on the corner between Pyrite St. and Albany Avenue.
Reason for assassination: My belief of that woman stalking me; must be a fed.
Description: My goons have reported of seeing a fairly young woman hanging around Middle Park East and following my men, just after their taught someone how to ''sleep with the fishes''. She could be an undercover cop or simply a member of a rival family. I can't take any chances, that woman must be taken care of.
Preferably kill her from a distance and make as less head as possible.
