better because errrm... well it's not better it's preety much the same the same:

this can be done in freemode or gta race, if you want health (but we're not acually racing, get that competetive part out of your brain for a minute) airport, 3 classes: muscle/classic, tuner/hatchback, exotic/supercar, we won't need to have a judge but there can be one if they have head-phones (I don't). there's Turn Based Drifting, Freestyle, Tag and All At Once Laps, if we find some pros, we can head onto the motorways and north Alderny off-road drifting (only the sultan rs and sentinel work offroad).

add me and send any ideas and i'll add ya back.

I don't why no one on the ps cares about drifitng, but here's some tips that work both in game and real life:

rock the car towards the outside of a turn and then using the rebound of grip to throw the car into the normal cornering direction
doing over 30mph, do a handbrake turn
or release the acelerator just before steering suddenly and accelerationg out of the drift or holding down the handbrake (or E-Brake) and gas while steering to do doughnuts (works best in rear wheel drive cars!)
steerign rapidly left and right until you lose control then turning at full throttle
while landing from a jump steer and throttle (this can be done backwards if you land in reverse)
while going back onto road from off road throttle brake and steer

there's plenty of other J-turn, 360, 180, power over (for super cars) etc...

What you're describing is called the "skandinavian flick", I use it a lot, it's awesome.

Oh, and it seems no one cares about drifting on both consoles, sucks really, 'cause I love drifting but there's no one around to drift with.. icon13.gif

scandinavian flick is used more commonly in rally racing, but both terms describe the same thing.

I thought the police car had good handling. I've tried drifting with it. It doesn't work well.
