how do you mod gta 4 for the ps3. what do you need to have. i aread have a flash drive and internet. i now you have to have modeo or something lick that.

I don't understand the differences with the Police car. I have been in the FBI Buffalo, and that Police car. I have noticed no differences in the police computer.
