I was messing about with the Story Gang thing on the Social Club website. I noticed you could click and drag the things about that are under the story book. I found a plane ticket. Have a wee look and see for yourselves...

I'm posting this as a link as it could possibly be considered a spoiler to those who have yet to complete the game and sign up to the social club.

My social club account doesn't work. I completed the game 100% at 10am on Monday, it is now 1:50am on Friday and it still says I'm only at 8% completion.

You need to complete the story.....

..and then you need to wait on the social club deciding to let you in. Theres loads of problems with it just now. Really slow at updating, and its really quite messed up (I'm in the story section yet I only have 8% completed?? - Yea, cos thats right.. lol)



EDIT: Should this be moved to or also posted in the easter egg thread? This isn't actually an easter egg in the game, and I thought more people would see it and enjoy it if I made a new thread. But the mods can correct me if I've stuck it in the wrong section.

No problem, theres been a few updates on it in the news section (top left, on the main page). Theres one about how the 100% club competition has been extended till the 19th of May and one about how busy and overworked the staff and servers have been due to the number of players and users of the website - hence the slow updates and problematic functions of the site.

Hopefully they'll sort it out. Might have been a good idea not to use a website completely based on flash, and possibly thought of scalability before starting to design the website. They must have known it was going to be popular, its GTA for god sake lol.

Side note: One thing that really annoys me about the site is that if you go to edit your profile, then decide you don't want to, theres no way to get back to the previous page. There is no 'Home' button on the current page (but there is an edit profile one, not sure why you need that when you're already editing your profile? lol). Just annoys me that simple things like that got passed the people testing the site, it couldn't have been stress tested very well either, or we may all be looking at the correct stats ....anyway.... [/end rant] lol



EDIT: I'm off to bed. Have fun dreaming up new things which might be happening in the destination on that ticket lol

The ticket says Air Sol, I forget the name of the fake airline in GTA but I know it isn't that. I wonder why they didn't use the airline from the game?

i hope they do make one with SA. take san andreas, update everything to gta IV quality, with a more realistic map, that sh*t would be great

Or it could be like other games in the series, where the characters come from/go to a different city, but it doesn't follow up on it.

Altho it could be a sequel where they get to riches.

Not sure if I'd like it tho, I llike playing as new people

Juank Airlines me thinks. Can anyone else confirm that? I know that in GTA:IV, it's "FlyUS", or was it R* Airlines? Or maybe that was in a previous GTA? Oops, now I'm like Tony from Vice City on Flash FM - just having one of those flashback flashback flashbacks, haha!

i was just thinking, san andreas is a state not a city, so maybe it is DLC

There wont be new citys or states in DLC, DLC is givin 10 hours more gameplay... a city or even a state would give more than 10 hours...

I'd say that one of the cities in San Andreas would be better (probably not Los Santos though, Las Venturas sounds like win).

Yeh, imo it will be one of the cities in San Andreas (Los Venturas, Los Santos or San Fierro) and not the whole state.

The 10 hr gameplay may only be for the first DLC pack, there is 2 packs you know and the 2nd has no release date yet, giving R* enough time to convert SA to IV but who know's.
