I remember I ordered my PS3 from Amazon, I ordered the cheap delivery option and it arrived before 08:00am on launch day, so they've been pritty reliable for me in the past.

Do you know if you will have to sign for it if it is Express delivery? I am gonna probs get it tomorrow (it has been dispatched) or will they just stick it through my letterbox? after all it is a "special delivery" for some reason.

Usually with Express Delivery they have someone like UPS, City Link etc. deliver it and that means usually you have to sign for it...

...it doesn't have to be you personally but sometimes they'll leave it with a neighbour or something.

P.S. I'm not sure if they use a delivery company if it's just the standard version.

mine still says dispatching soon:(

but ive got no uni classes this week:D

well actually im just sciving them all, i know it would usually be silly considerin my exams are allllll this month, but to hell with it! the worlds children need GTA not education!

i love being on an easy music course:D

p.s ive ordered tonnes through amazon before, they just post it through the letter box(the reason i didnt get the special edition) if its small enough. most dvds etc are the right size to do so, so i wont have to worry bout missing the postie!

I think because it is a "Special Delivery" (well mine is, so they say in my email) then there will be possibly a guy going around only delivering parcels. (probably all GTA IV, i wouldnt be surprised he he kept one himself, not mine though angry.gif )

i called up to ask because mine has said dispatching soon since this morning at 7 and they said that if it was not sent before 1 it would come on the 30th but if you order a different product you still have 4 hours to guaranty that it gets here by tomorrow so i think after 6 if you still have not had it sent you are boned cross your fingers and toes

Mine is also being delivered by City Link, I'm in the very northern point of Wales so it could be for long distance courier?! no idea!...

...but to answer someones question earlier in the post, yes City Link are reliable, if I would of had a choice out of who to deliver it it would of been them 'cause they have never ever let me down, even when I bought my drums from Scotland, I asked if they could get them to me within 2 days, they got here the next day and the guy waited 45 minutes for me to come home from work so I could sign for it! so yea they're good lol biggrin.gif

@ firetron: Same here, we've got a jackass who trips over everything! I swear in the past week he must of fallen over at least 3 times, he so dumb it's dangerous! but yea City Link are pretty decent, maybe I was lucky to get a good guy but I've never had a probelm with them so I'm confident it'll be here before 10am tomorrow.
