Went paintballing yesterday, did the best I've done in a long while.
At the end, 11 AM to 5 PM, I came out with 25 kills, and only 4 deaths. icon14.gif

An auto-load for a Black Maxx? Aren't them the guns you buy at Meijer's or Target? dontgetit.gif

Oh well, if I were you, search some paintball retailers, ask on some sites like pbnation.com or something.

Bump, cause we need it.

Went to a HUGENORMUS game today. They estimated over 150+ people. There there was a team from Australia, Tyler Tiberius(owner of Tiberius Arms) and many many others, it was AWESOME!

Paintballing is a lot better when you have real converted guns. There's one arena here that it offers Berettas, Shotguns, MP5s, AKs, P90s, M4s and there's a sniper too. There's two members of each team that stay hidden in each tower, with the sniper. One sniper can't kill the other, and it's awesome.

I've played with converted M16's when I was hanging with a few of my friends that were in the army, but I find speedball and woodsball much more exhilarating than running scenario games.

That being said My woodsball gun is a Tippmann A-5 modified to look like an MP5.
I love it.

Sorry about the bump, but I have a big issue with my marker.
My friend and I put an E-grip on my Tippmann A-5 but now when ever I shoot it, all of the Co2 comes out and it makes a realy loud noise. Do you think you know what is wrong with it. I'm scared.

You might've broken an O-Ring(the little rubber ring things) which is a very easy fix. look for leaks throughout the system.

A-5's are also notorious for the bolt freezing up then shattering with Co2(thank god I use Air)
If you're unsure what to do, best thing is to take it to a shop.

Yeah, for sure. Definitely sounds like the O-Ring busted, maybe when you were screwing in the C02 tank.

Your best bet is to take it to a professional, the only time that I ever take my gun apart is when I'm cleaning it.

Didnt know a sport could be so intense. I went on wednesday to a place called treejumpers with my mates. my mates go once a year but it was my first time. A lot of hardcore people came with army gear, their own guns, storage etc. The maps themeselves were amazing with an SAS/terroist map, alimo and vietnam map. A sorts of objectives were included. Me and my mates were at a huge disadvantage as we played in t-shirts and jeans. we were given these rusty old (i think the guy said they were tipmans or something) guns with hoppers that kept falling off costing us paintballs. In the first warmup game I felt awsome running around until i got shot twice in the ass.(left a bruse) I was a lot more conservative after that. I know I didnt play as well as i could due to fear of pain but near the end I eased up and got some sweet hits. I hated it went I was taking people down from inside a tower with an opening at the back and 2 or 3 assholes came round to the back of the tower with the opening and sparyed through the openning(that f*cking hurt ) I wasnt very fond of the final 2 minute all vs all deathmatch which felt like ages. My best mate was running in font of me and I had his back until he recognised I was behind him and turned tratoir. He sent 7 shots at me at about 3 metre distance (the pressure was 300 mph) Two of the shots hit my pubic region so I fell down like a bitch and had to wave my arms at other players so i wouldnt get shot.(most of them complied) In the end I was brusied and in pain but reasonably satified. I want to get into the sprot but im not very good at the moment . Anyone here into paintball?

By the way I actually searched for this topic but I was afraid about making such a big bump confused.gif

I love paintballing. I just started a few months ago and I've fallen in love with it.

I have an "WGP: Autocoker Trilogy (Sport)", with stock parts and I'm about to purchase a new Custom parts barrel to replace my stock one. Pics:

I have a Tippman A5 and an Ego 07. I only use the Tippman in outdoor conditions, f*ckers are reliable.

@Nutboy - Yeah, pretty sure we're all into paintball. After a while you get immune to the pain for the most part, and the welts are just a novelty. It's not mph by the way, 300 miles per hour would f*cking kill you. Sounds like a fun scenario arena though, we only have Speedball in Western Michigan.

Tippmans are though as f*ck, but they can get inaccurate as hell. I just got a new barrel for my Autococker. CP 14 inch barrel. Ego's are the f*ckin best. They cost a sh*t ton of money though.

I have a video of me and a few friends just standing in my yard unloading on eachother, my Tippman is really accurate which is good. Nailed my friend in the mask probably 15 times from 40 or so yards away.

With a Tippman? That's either luck or skill.

It is. You have to pay for paint, CO2/Compressed Air/Nitrogen(Whatever you have), Entry Fee's (In Arenas or outdoor fields) and gun maintenance.

It is. But it's difficult to sum up the money needed, to go on an all paintball day. Always worth the cost.

Let's go with skill. tounge.gif

Anyway, yeah. Paintball is one of the most expensive sports you'll ever play. At my local indoor field it's $15 to get into the field with playing time, and $10 BYOP (Bring Your Own Paint) cost. To buy paint if you don't have any, it's $15 for a bag of 500 paintballs which is maybe 3 hoppers full, and $40-70 for a case of 2,000 paintballs depending on if you buy new paint or recycled.
Definitely worth the fun you have with the sport though.

And you use your Tipmann indoor too, why lie? Lol.

I just bought myself an Ion and I sold my autococker. I got a compressed air tank, a pulse hopper, a jersey, knee pads, a mask and the Ion (With new reg, trigger and freak barrel). The Ion looks likes it beat up and sh*t on but I'm planning on getting a new frame for it.

Should take pictures of it before and after the new frame.

I went a few months ago with the lads for my mate's birthday. The part that sticks in my head was defending our 'base', we got stormed by some stag party of men who did a kind of war cry as they charged at us. So I ran sidewards down this hill, but got hit three times in the back. I lost my footing, put my hands up to say I've been shot and registered the pain at the same time - which resulted in me going arse over tit down this hill. So I hit the ground and was still getting shot at icon13.gif

I've got pictures of the pancake-sized bruises on my back, I'll get them up soon.

I have had that happen before. Only it was in the ass, and it was like 5 shots. Damn bastards don't know when to stop!

It sucks because when we play indoors with my friends, I don't have sh*t. Everyone has custom masks, guns, clothing, all that sh*t. But I am stuck with what ever the place gives me. We created a rule that you have to get shot twice in the front, and 4 times in the back to be out. I do pretty decent on defense, but I haven't gone in awhile, so I'll probably be raped. We tried instating the Rambo rule, but no one ever uses it. It's all firepower and no stealth.

I popped open an old thing of paintballs I had in a freezer in my basement and shot at birds yesterday, I kind of want to go to the local indoor field and get a day in before it gets really cold and I don't feel like leaving my house.
