FRA1Z3R, that's exactly what I thought and gave it some thought for a few days before I went back in since I have 90 days to terminate before the termination fee kicks in.
I went back in a few days later to confirm if that guy was correct and not just trying to get another "sale". Another rep who was not selling me the deal confirmed that the contract was in fact specific for the area and that it would cancel the termination fee if I was to move. To prove it to me he showed me the terms for the contract, and under termination fee it was specific in stating if the customer moved out of the contract service area, the ETF would be removed. He told me to bring the equipment back to that specific Comcast store and they "would take care of it".
