if your app needs administrator rights (like, for writing to memory) and you want to force that under Vist'a UAC, you can easily do that by integrating this:

to your executable's manifest, and never have to worry about if people are running it as admin or what.
how it works is, before it gets executed UAC will automatically run it with administrative rights if the user is currently logged into an administrative account, otherwise they will be presented with a popup window asking them to put in the credentials for an account which does have administrator rights. since the average joe IS using an account in administrators group, the popup will mostly never be seen.

The only way around this otherwise is to code UAC stuff into your app, or the simplest way is the manifest thing I posted about just last.

I'm using version 2 of SA patched to 1.0, could this be the problem?

This mod would go perfectly with coin-god's Fly Mod CLEO version of the Super CJ mod (by PLPynton) or the original Super CJ mod itself, especially when CJ is flying or running in super-speed.

Actually it works on mine simply by right-clicking gta-vc.exe and clicking "Run as Administrator". If that doesn't work, I would check the properties of the files of this mod and the ASI Loader if it is blocked in any way. This is much simpler and less risky than turning off UAC itself (note that UAC is one of the MAJOR security features of Vista, so turning it off will make your PC as vulnerable as XP was/is).

+but what i know about montion blur is if the [B]CAMERA MOVES montion blur activated
so what u need is to make if camera move blur is activated
ps1:the montion blur that u use is not hidden we can see it if wee run with a bullet its activ

The mod I'm releasing is a mod that makes GTA San Andreas PC environment/graphics look very very similar to the PS2 version to give it an actual San Andreas feeling. Some of the mod contains stuff such as Timecyc and basically all GTA SA map textures that was edited by me for the sake of the PS2 type environment and it also contains stuff from other respected owners. I was planning on putting them all together so it's much simpler and easier for one to find all the files together and enjoy.
Please give me the permission to include the advanced motion blur in my mod package and your name will be mentioned in the mod topic under credits as well as the link for the actual motion blur mod.
I couldn't PM you because it says your box is full, so I just decided to post it up here.
If you don't reply I will automatically assume you do not mind and include it in my mod but you will still get all the credits for your mod.
