Ok all I was wondering is what time of day is this?

The Current Time in Omaha,
Nebraska is:
Thursday 12/13/2007 6:14 pm CST

Would this be, Morning? Afternoon or Evening?

Thanks for your time.

It's dark outside here, and considering that I live in Kansas I'd say that evening would definitely be your answer, exactly as the others have said.

PM = post meridiem which is Latin for after noon. It's only relevant to the 12 hour clock, so I suppose if you are only using a 24 hour clock you might not be familiar with it. AM = ante meridiem, btw.
