He said he won't do HD SA cars (though that would be epic) because that would take a very long time. This mod for GTA 3 (which has around 55 vehicles) took 4-5 years to make! SA has more than 100, and that could take a very long time (perhaps more than a decade).

Of course, if there were a very large team willing to do it, that might take off the time, but for now, no. I doubt we'll see a GTA SA HD vehicles mod (unless a huge team decides to work with each other).

Currently,have two HD sa cars,HD bullet and HD hotknife.
HD hotknife by RockstarWizards make.
HD bullet by myster92 make.

Maybe Vice City HD Vehicles? GTA Vice City have around 100 vehicles, San Andreas have around 200 vehicles including trailers.

I gave a lot of the cars orange blinkers because here in Australia its the law and you never see a car without them or with red indicators. I figured rockstar were just being lazy. If I could do it all again Id probably go with red on a lot of the cars but its just too much effort to go back. Maybe one day.

Rockstar weren't lazy with the light indicators. Since the game is based on the United States, and not Australia, naturally they used red indicators.

Does anyone know the font used for ambulance and firetrucks? I would chance "LC" or "Liberty City" in those to "SA" or "San Andreas", just to fit the game.

Hey guys, there's some nice cars popping up in this thread!

So I recently re-installed GTA3 for a bit of a play through. Downloaded this HD pack of vehicles (which I use to run fine back in the day) and noticed all the cars are broken?
I've included a couple of screenshots. I'm not really sure why this is happening, I never use to have this problem.
I followed the instructions. Copied the folders over, deleted the player.bmp and the two txd files.

Any solutions, or thoughts?

Hmm, Perhaps it could be your GPU Driver, or Windows, something is not rendering the models correctly.

What are your GPU Specs?

I'm running on ATI Radeon HD 4500, with Windows 7 if that helps?

looks like a graphics card problem to me. have you got the latest drivers? Either that or GTA3 is just becoming too outdated.

I'll have to double check my drivers. However, I only have the issue with downloaded vehicles, all the standard cars are fine...
I've downloaded and installed the SA pack aswell, and it does the same thing there, hope it isn't just the game becoming outdated!

FIXED!!!

My latest drivers had a hotfix needed. Downloaded and installed. Everything is back to normal.
Is there a car spawner mod that allows spawning of vehicles with an id above 150?

Sall good thats what this topic is for. I didn't know you could spawn the extra vehicles. the trainer never worked so I just drove around until I found them then saved them in my garage.
