GTA_SA: The Car Saloon


*** Car Saloon in Ottos Autohouse, car presentation on a turn table.
- choose your car
- Tuning,
- Open Doors and view details and a free movable camera,
- Boost ramp jumping,
- testraces

Each one at the airports inkl. NRG-500, one in Ottos car shop inkl. NRG-500,
one at the top of Mount Chilliad, one at LS Downtown skyscraper

Downloads, choose between 3 versions:


1. Based on stripped main with externscripts / take this if you wonna taste the feature immediately


2. just add to the original main/ take this if wonna play the story again from beginning


3. Darkpactversion / take this if you wonna play this main mod with savegame of original GTA San Andreas

Backup first the original files and disable the file protection of your GTA-SA files
then copy
-MAIN.SCM und SCRIPT.IMG >> into your Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\data\script -folder
-american.gxt >> into your Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\text -folder

Can you make the car saloon a standalone darkpact with only the save point at ottos and remove the extras like other save points and cars? If not can you provide the coding for a standalone with darkpact?

I installed this mod and it workd great but how do you control your car when you hit a boost ramp? I always just go flying and can't stop. confused.gif

Press Enter/exit to get back to the Car Saloon.
You get more money for greater Jumps,
for this you must land with wheels downwards

this has some very good features, I love the saloon and the save points you set, and the car spawning locations
but it crashes alot... idk why
I never got to reach closer than 1 or 2 miles from the delivery guys from LS to SF and viceversa
whenever I accepted, I only got to drive like 1 mile towards the red blip on the radar and it crashed... and this happened 5 or 6 times already...
and alotta different crashes in pony-farm as well
I hope there will be a v2... with less crashes

Great mod!! Allways wanted such a mod and works perfectly (also featuring a TURNTABLE). +it's darkpact
However scrolling through the cars takes some time especially when having some high-detail downloaded cars.

Thanks man.
Actually i added the race script in a new moddified case
to can play the races with your own car and the other cars are the same

Yes I will try to compile Cleo scripts
But missons for Cleo are new to me
and maybe there exists a problem with the asi files
(the asi files of the Cleo 3 download are not working for me
I have to use: ASILoader
and I dont know if my Cleo scripts are working on your game.
First test with cleo scripts i made with this script mod:
PAINTJOBS and car colours, changing with SPRAYCAN)

I really like the pleasure dome stuff but could you please make alcohol's effect not to wear off for about 3 min when you leave the pleasure dome building? i'd like to drive a car while cj is drunk smile.gif Also can you add drunk animation to cj?
I see that you have added several savepoints and i have a question/request: Could you make some random parking spaces with savepoints around the map where you can park you vehicle like in savehouse garage ? In example there's a big parking space for like 3 vehicles in Madd Dogg mansion also there's a parking space in your savehouse near madd doggs mansion,another one is near you Santa Monica savehouse and e.t.c. With your amazing scripting skills i think you are able to make it smile.gif

Just was playing again and experienced one problem with that spawning ramp,the key "say no" is already used by another mod which turns my car lights off and now whenever i turn the lights off the ramp spawns right in front of my car confused.gif is there any way to redefine spawning ramp key?

Do you know about CLEO LIBRARY ?

Available savegames can be used.
I made the CarSaloon also as Cleo mod, the newest version includes just
the Car Saloon,
a PCJ600 in Ottos Autohaus,

Yes, i know about cleo. i had a few problems in the past but its solved now. i'm also using some cleo mods.
I got it to work perfectly. no crashes, no nothing. thank you

i now this has nothing to do with this subject but do you know what is causing some cars to go underground, only tires and the roof top shows [ these are extra cars that i added using SA Limit Adjuster ]..they where working just fine in the beginning...

It includes just an other CarSal_Start script (CarSal_Startv2.cs instead CarSal_Startv1.cs)
Note: dont have CarSal_Startv1.cs in Cleo folder and make shure to load a savegame without saved icon and parked_NRG from an other version

So, I beat the game, and I dont wanna start it over, i wanna play my 100% complete game with this mod... Which do i download? the dark-somthing one?
