If you modify your SFX with SAAT (link in my sig), the Banklkup.dat file will automatically be modified. Otherwise, the only way I know of to do it is with a hex editor.

There's no single hex editor. Pick one of the ones from Wikipedia's comparison or google for one. I don't think the BankLkup.dat format was ever published but it's pretty simple. It's just an array of 12-byte structures which take the following format
CODE
BankLkup Entry structure
0x00 byte    Index of the archive(*)
0x01 byte[3] Alignment padding, always xCC
0x04 dword   Offset of the start of the Bank Header within the archive
0x08 dword   Length of the Bank (not including the header which is always 4804 bytes)
0x0C end

(*) Archive indices
0 FEET
1 GENRL
2 PAIN_A
3 SCRIPT
4 SPC_EA
5 SPC_FA
6 SPC_GA
7 SPC_NA
8 SPC_PA

I would like to replace SA's default radio station audio files to my regional FM station audios. I've the audio files in .ogg format. When I replace the audio file, SA's got crashed while tuning the radio to my audio. I think the duration of the audio file is very important. That's why it's crashing, isn't it? Or else, Can I change the duration of the tracks(For eg: stream = CR
station = K-DST
defaultartist = W. Axl Rose

track1.title = (Bridge Announce #1) Can access LS only : the duration is 8 second), to my desired duration? I mean 8 sec to 20 sec etc.

Please help me ASAP.
