This is an old rwd handling line for the Elegy that I was evolving, it was pretty much as good a balance I could achieve for realistic behaviour under most circumstances. It still grips well enough to cruise about however does not take much encouragement to slide in a predictable fashion.

CODE
ELEGY 1500.0 1500.0 1.4 0.0 0.0 0.0 75 0.65 0.65 0.49 5 300.0 30.0 10.0 R P 5.0 0.65 0 50.0 0.25 0.5 1.0 0.05 0.00 0.5 0.0 0.25 0.60 35000 40882004 05408808 1 1 1

You may want to increase the mass a little for more balanced collisions with default traffic, and if you play with the frame limiter off it may behave a little differently as the game physics are partly bound to framerate. Initially I gave up on rwd handling because previous attempts were really odd at times, however this second attempt ended up being pretty good.

Open up the /data/ folder in the GTA:SA installation path and edit the handling.cfg file with notepad or similar (copy & paste job, you can comment out the original line by placing a semi-colon ';' at the start and then paste the new line underneath, or just replace it completely)

Make a copy of the file before editing so you can easily go back to 100% original.
