I found something new in GTA 3, when you enter any police vehicle, press F9 and the mp3 radio comes on. This is for the PC version. The video is Here to prove it. This is my video, by the way.

My bad I wasn't paying the fullest attention blush.gif

I just read the "only for PC" and I kinda blanked out for the rest...

Thanks for pointing that out Heihachi.

Of course it's for the PC, he said it was. A PS2 controller doesn't have an F9 key!

On the other side, I've was in a Bobcat (or a Patriot) ages ago on the PS2 with the police radio going. I just sped through the stations to the off position and the police radio came on!

This is not NEW.

Not added. It's a function that works in any vehicle. Though it doesn't always work in emergency vechicles. I've had it sometimes work and sometimes not.

Clearly, you had a wanted level. You can hear dispatch announce YOUR position when you're wanted.

Last night I was playing SA on the PC (patched, but not modded). And one building in San Fierro suddenly had the grass texture on it. So it was like a skyscraper made of grass. Loading a saved game didn't fix it, but when shutting down and restarting SA the building was fine again. Sometimes I also occasionally had the wrong sound being played when hitting a pedestrian, so he MIGHT have heard the police radio. But what you're saying about hearing the police dispatch when they're after you is more likely though.

Doubtful. But I'm glad it does because I don't always notice that I've received my first star. Especially in SA when I'm using Windshield and don't have any stars to use for reference in the first place.

You can breeze through this thread for screenshots. It's a replacement HUD that is far less obtrusive than the original. Especially if you use it in conjunction with my SA radar replacement. Windshield was never released. It's based on the HUD from my Thirst For Blood GAME (not a mod), which can be found here.

I don't have SA installed right now--does F9 for MP3 work in SA, too?

No, for some reason this only works for GTA 3. I tried it with Vice City and San Andreas, and they don't work.
Thiss works with the following vehicles, Police car, Fbi car, Barrok's OL, the tank. It works all the time-the only thing is when you exit the vehicle and get back in you have to press the F9 button again to turn it back on.

In Vice City and San Andreas, it only works with non-emergency vehicles(R3missions vehicles). In GTA 3 and Vice it's called MP3 Radio, and in San Andreas it's called "User Tracks" Station.
