New model (under 800 faces) + new texture (256 x 256px)
I was suggested to make a new topic (I was posting progress in that other GTA IV character -topic). Here is the third new texture. I am satisfied with the model, but I think that texture could be still better. To make things clear: This is my project, not anyone elses.
I want to thank fullmetal for posting good set of highres-images of Niko Bellic.

Only includes one haircut (that default). You can see the head replacing default elvishair.dff and elvishair.txd with the ones in that archive (in models/player.img). Then get a haircut (Elvishair). I think you can also rename those files and replace some other files.
I also included one new clothes texture, field.txd. It has the right skin tone to suit Niko. You can get field jacket from binco.
Remember this is the first beta with few problems. Neck isn't attached to the head, I'm trying my best to make it work. There also might be some other minos mistakes, report me if you find one
Don't forget to backup your old elvishair.dff, elvishair.txd and field.txd!
Do not install if you don't like unfinished products!

Some minor texture adjustments (new ear etc.)
- fixed head shape
- better skintone for field.txd
- working neck (still a tiny difference between neck and head in some cases, should not be too bad)
- overall model tweaking in every possible way

Now this "default" hairmodel is becoming ready, so now I'm going to focus on other hairstyles and maybe clothes. Feel free to suggest me some hairstyles etc. to do
