^Crappy vid, but I like the song. tounge.gif
They're an undersground rap band, so I just though it'll fit in with R*'s focus on more undersground bands with GTA4. smile.gif

•Song: Angles Of Death
•Artist: Immortal Technique (and some other guys)

Another underground rap song from Immortal Technique.

UFO has a new album out with guitarist Vinnie Moore still with them, entitled

The Monkey Puzzle

There's a tour planned as well, one of the greatest living singers is Phil Mogg, his voice has stayed virtually the same through the years!!

Someone brought up CrossTown Traffic by Hendrix, well...
Another fave of mine, Peter Steele of Type O Negative fame did two albums with Carnivore prior to that and he's a NYC legend as well. On their classic Retaliation album, they cover Manic Depression in the best possible way. I strongly urge Rockstar North to use that!!

And their Big Gun single from Arnie's old movie Last Action Hero, I still like it

I thought I was the only one! biggrin.gif Don't forget a selection from AC/DC Live, great album.

More for the old Country station (I hope):

Counting Flowers On The Wall - Statler Bros.
Daddy Sang Bass - J. Cash, J. Carter, and Statlers
White Lightning - George Jones
If You've Got the Money - Lefty Frizzell

Cool man, nope I recall alot of classic rock that still sounds good!
Recently still spinning the Eagles and some Heart on CD. If you've got the money sounds familiar to me.

I have to put another song in here to make it legit.... Sheryl Crow has so many though, I don't know which to choose but early on there's We Do What we Can.

I was thinking about Foreigner again as they have chosen in the past... a rather amusing song from Double Vision as I recall; "Love has Taken it's Toll" ... I lost track of my own copy of the album but that's the chorus

With Zeppelin it's better to dig to the deeper tracks like Tea for One. Stairway is too much like Freebird or Welcome to the Jungle, that they used last time. They need a known band with a lesser known track. That's what works for me. Now Stranger in my Hometown by Foghat seems like a good choice for this game and it ROCKS out

Imitation of Life (IIRC) from Anthrax

Or their Joe Jackson cover Got the Time as well

Waisted Years by Iron Maiden!

Bridge of Sighs, Robin Trower

For an 80s flash back, Madalaine by Winger... much better then Seventeen, even though not a bad song

Divine Hammer by The Breeders because who doesn't like Kim Deal?!?

Old school music only! I love Rockstar for that.

I like 95% of the music from these radio stations so these type of tunes I'd like to hear on GTA IV:
Reggae/dub radio K-JAH like in GTA III
Dnb/Jungle radio MSX 98 like in GTA: LCS
Classical/Opera radio DOUBLE CLEF FM like in GTA III
Rap radio PLAYBACK FM like in GTA: SA
Soul/funk radio MASTER SOUNDS 98.3 like in GTA: SA

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but there is one track that definitely needs to be included, hands down.

The track is appropriately titled - Grand Theft Auto - by 'Da Shootaz' and was included in both the original GTA and also in GTA III.

GTA IV is a new era and must have this track imo. Check out this remix I came across that features it (props to FEFSLink41):

Come on R*. Either include it in the soundtrack somewhere, or make it the music for the (possible) fourth trailer or commercial(s). It's f*cking awesome!

That track is Grand Theft Auto, and I'll never stop loving it. rahkstar2.gif
