Hello everybody.

I create my models with Cinema 4d. The textures are also put on the models in C4d. Then the model is exported to the .3ds file format. In Gmax I import the file and convert it to .dff and .col with Kams Scripts.
But there's a problem with exporting the model to .3ds. Many textures of the .c4d format don't work in .3ds. But I found out that they work in the .fbx format. Here's my question: Is there any possibility to import the .fbx file format in Gmax?

Thank you for your help and please excuse my bad English.

learn to texture in Gmax or export in different formats or convert in between apps, these are really your only choices.

I've been around the block, it would do you well to ditch C4D and move on to Max power! icon14.gif

Isn't there any import module for .fbx?
