Here is a few amazing shots I got of Ayers Rock, the largest Monolith(sandstone rock) in the world. These were taken at sunset. Taken from about 3 kilometres away.

A few questions for you guys. Today I went thrifting, and got my hands on a Polaroid 600 land camera. Is the Polaroid film easy to come by; are there websites that sell packs?

Also, I came across two 8mm video cameras. The first was a from a German company "Bauer", but I can't remember the specific model of video camera. I was checking it out, and noticed it takes some battery that I'm not familiar with, something 1500. Also, it didn't say what kind of film cartridge it took. If anybody knows anything about the company or these cameras, I'd really appreciate the info; it was in good condition for being $5. The second was a kodak, and I knew both what kind of batteries it took and what kind of cartridge. The problem was it didn't have a price on it, so they wouldn't sell it to me (I could come back tomorrow when they put a price on it, but it's a lame situation anyway). Euro forum members, help me out?

Yup I've been at it again, with my "equipment". Lunar Eclipse, edited in the GIMP to the best of my ability, originals available if anyone wants them to play.

The telescope lens appeared to be blocking the orange and made the image dark both to my eyes and camera.

I was going to attempt it, however, when I was taking a shower yesterday, my dad left with the key to his closet with the camera inside. Oh well. dontgetit.gif

Inspired by Maddog, but obviously not as good as his. The colour was done in photosop, as a grey sink is rather boring at the end of the day...

Neon Bible, well done.

Been messing around with double exposures lately, not much success yet. Still developing my own film.

@Phalanxe: You knows it.

But how do you hit the button at the exact moment? Do you just keep trying til you get it right?

I expect they used the continuous shot mode. All of their fancy pants camera have it but also some digital cameras has it.

Nah it wasn't continuous shooting. Just a quick shutter speed and I kept trying. I took a bunch, but the droplet on that one was the best looking.

My macro mode can't capture the drops, so I tried in the "normal" mode.

Not bad for the sh*tty camera I guess, this is the info I could found that I were using in that shots:

lens f/2,8
exposure 1/50 s
ISO-100

What should I change to get better results?
