Good news is, I'm now only 4 weeks behind compared to the 2 and half months behind I was last week, but I did have to catch the last segment of Raw with Daniel Bryan joining the Wyatt Family.  Surely I can't be only thinking that The Wyatts aren't actually the bad guys and in fact are probably more good guys than The Authority.

Hopefully taking down "The Machine" will mean The Authority and not just trying to beat the sh*t out of a bunch of babyfaces.

I hope it does, when anyone refers to "The Machine" in most cases that is the authorities, it would be awesome for The Wyatts and Bryan to take down the Authority and all this time Kane has been a plant working inside the Authority.

That would be some intricate story telling... so chances are WWE won't be doing that, instead they'll go for a Russo Swerve and make it that just like the Anonymous GM, it was Hornswoggle all along.

I really hope they steal your idea Crokey and make them go after The Authority. But that would make sense, so I'm doubtful it will happen.

I may ask, does the wwe app voting really matter when we get to choose an opponent against a superstar? Or it's initially scripted to who the superstar is going to face?

It's debatable, some think it's actually legit, some think it is rigged to go with the scripting of the show, but most of the time they are working with the numbers game as WWE know that the people who will vote the most aren't the marks/IWC and 'real' fans of wrestling, it's the average shmuck who are usually the ones on facebook, twitter, tout etc, or to be more specific those who actually go to wwe.com for their wrestling news.  WWE have produced data before to claim it's legit, however we're dealing with a company that deals in 'works' and 'swerves' all the time.

Besides the app voting is only really good if you are on the east coast feed (Eastern and Central time zones), if you are on the west coast feed (Pacific and Mountain time zones) or international, then it's pointless.

Apparently CM Punk feels that his match on Monday night was garbage and said that he's sick of traveling on Twitter.

@RMB316: @CMPunk IM sure you hear this a lot. Good match on #Raw really enjoyed it. Keep it up all the best in 2014” it was garbage.

Coach @CMPunk 31 Dec

I'm sick of traveling.

Apparently the traveling reference was due to all the appearances over the Christmas period.

Also Triple H may have unwittingly gave away the main event of Elimination Chamber in his weekly interview with Cole by mentioning "Randy Orton, John Cena, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, The Beast Brock Lesnar and The Animal Dave Batista" being the biggest names in the business, considering he's mentioned 6 people, which is the compliment for the Chamber, that could mean that non of those names are going to win The Rumble.

Believe in the Reigns.

The app voting isn't scripted, remember several years ago went we could decide who cm punk would face Randy Orton, Chris Jericho or someone else WWE fully expected Orton to get the vote, but Jericho got it and they came up with a great match entirely on the spot

Interesting fact about the CM Punk and Chris Jericho feud, Jericho was originally supposed to legitimately tattoo his name on CM Punk's body, but Vince vetoed it because tattoos involve blood.

It was the MITB DVD and I thought they could've used someone else to talk in the segments in between matches because the Miz's voice sounds like crap, and also I know you can't talk about Chris Beniot, they erased his entrance and blocked out commentary everytime he was involved in the action.

Wonder how The Wyatt's would (Unless they do a swerve.) play into this. With Daniel Bryan unfortunately joining them this week, we might get to see some Bray Wyatt and Undertaker interaction as well, if this Bryan-Taker match ends up going down.

Don't get to excited, it said he WANTS to work with him, the original plan is Deadman vs The Beast (Brock Lesner)

I doubt it, I think Billy is just trying to jab shots at Bruce for his own amusement.

On another topic; anyone else getting sick and tired of how the commentators talk during the Wyatt's entrance?

Ever since they got big, you can tell they're being forced to talk during the epic (and eery in entertainment regards) entrance. The only logical explanation would be because it's too creepy for the kids so having the commentators run their mouth so you can barely hear the music calms them down.

It completely takes away some of the Wyatt's legitimacy if you're doing that. They're supposed to be portrayed as this creepy group with a chilling entrance similar to the Undertaker's, but you have Cole, Lawler and JBL talking through it.

Maybe it's just me...

So is anyone legitimately upset about Daniel Bryan? I'm not really but I know he could be in a better storyline right now.

Nope, this is a paraphrase from another forum I'm on, about the situation with Daniel Bryan and I have to say it's a damn fine point.  Daniel Bryan is being protected very, very carefully by Triple H, there is reason for this and Triple H is using his background as a WCW guy as his guide.  At the moment Cena is very much the Hulk Hogan guy, CM Punk is the Randy Savage guy, Big Show = Andre etc etc etc, but Bryan is being played as a Dusty Rhodes guy, which may sound a little odd, but isn't.  The whole point behind Dusty was that was, as his song says, a common man, he was a man of the people the everyday guy that everyone can associate with, this is exactly how Daniel Bryan is being portrayed right now, he could go full on baby face, but he'd turn into a Cena mk.2 which would be pointless, they could go down the more face/heel flip-flop route which would be Punk mk.2, again pointless.  If they maintain a steady pace with Bryan as the everyman guy, he will ultimately be a much bigger star in the long run for it.  Now for the uninitiated Dusty Rhodes was WCW's biggest star alongside Flair, he could have been WWF's biggest star alongside Hogan, but WWF back then dropped the ball big time, what Triple H is doing now is recreating that Rhodes effect but not cocking it up like Vince did with Rhodes.

Don't get to excited, it said he WANTS to work with him, the original plan is Deadman vs The Beast (Brock Lesner)

The Undertaker taking on Brock may not happen for a couple of reasons, although Brock and Taker are good friends, throughout the years they have apparently rehearsed matches which a way back when would have worked, however Brock is still in very good shape and the Undertaker, several hip (including a replacement of an broken existing hip replacement) and shoulder surgery's later just isn't.  The type of match that Brock would be expected to bring would not do the Undertaker any good in the long run and could cause more serious harm than good.  WWE are also wanting to get Undertaker involved in a warm up program before Wrestlemania which may be tricky to organize with Brocks limited appearances on his contract.  WWE are also wanting Bryan to take on the Undertaker as this could potentially pass the torch onto Bryan who they (or to be specific Trips) wants to keep in the long term plans.  Brock may now be an opponent for the returning Batista, or may even be involved in the WWE Title scene depending on how the next negotiations go with Brocks contract for the post Wrestlemania 30 year, which they want to get tied up before Elimination Chamber, which Brock may well be a part of.

By the way anyone seen this missing footage from the end of Total Divas?

You can't blame him, they've been pushing Cena down your throat for 8 years, had him go over on so many of your favorites, rarely lose without an excuse built in for his character and then get his win back. (Daniel Bryan is the rare exception.) The guy buried the Nexus by booking himself to go over at Summerslam after the creative planned on having them go over, you want proof of that, listen to Chris Jericho's podcast where he had Edge on with him. Not to mention they completely f*cked up Ziggler's and Daniel Bryan's push. There's little to no reason to be positive about the company
