Come on guys, let's get this topic back to the way it used to be. I know we're missing a Big Brother to talk about, but let's face it, it's got sh*t and boring anyway. Let's try keep this topic close to the top.

I didn't get the chance to see Top Gear the other night, rarely do. However, I did manage to see a section from it on the interwebbynet. Sorry, but driving through the South of America with those slogans on the side of your car... fuuuck that.

Was sooo funny though. biggrin.gif

Right then: Life on Mars, I like this program. I think one great thing is that series 2 is the final series, they are not desperately trying to stretch it out like lost or whatever.

And Top Gear just rocks, and that special was probably one of the best eps.

Hmm.. I wasn't to keen on the show when it started, as well as now.. o-well.

I only caught a few episodes of Life On Mars last series, and from what I saw, it was pretty good. Must catch some of the new ones.

Top Gear is one of the best shows of all time, one of the few that gets better the longer it goes on. The special was halarious, we're still talking about it!

Anyone following Waterloo Road? I watched it last series and got hooked, this time round its got complicated but still as good as ever!

I'm looking forward to the new series of Hustle. I dont think its out until around autumn, but its worth mentioning! Must buy the box set.

Hotel Babylon for the win, I love this program so much.
But...I had to Sky Plus it and watch 'The Verdict'

A very well put together piece of TV for the BBC.

If anyone didnt watch or hear about, its about 12 celeb jurors, who have to decide the fate on a rape case, very disturbing, very real life aswell. The final verdict was tonight, It was obvious they did it, but the evidence put together was sh*t, so they got off with it. Sucked really.

Has that program Primevil started on STV yet?

The initial advert made it look a tiny bit sh*t, not totally, just a wee bit. But then I saw a few shots from it on the Radio Times website, and it looked pretty cool. dontgetit.gif

It's sh*t.

Put Extinct (that sh*tey ITV 'let's rob the public of more money with phone-ins' sh*te) + a very poor mans Jurassic Park with CGI done by a 4yr old and you get = Primeval!

Shocking. Then again nothing ITV do today surprises me.

Bar Trial and Retribution which is ace.

Hah, Hotel Babylon was great. I loved the subtle humour, found myself laughing quite a bit. I love all these "forth wall" style programs!

The CGI in Primevil is terrible. I didn't watch it but it was on in the background and it just looked so poor.

Lol, just saw something on channel 4 about putting together a boy band of refugees..

I saw part of the first Primeval with a dinosaur or something, was a bit crap, to be fair.

Balls Of Steel is back on tonight!!

Saw Hot Fuzz last night, and it is amazing. It'd be a better film if Shaun of the Dead wasn't out however, as many jokes, influences, actors and references were made. Very good, I recommend it. icon14.gif

Is it me or has Life on Mars just turned into Quantum Leap? In the first series you was not sure if it was a dream or that he was in the past. But now he gets a random phone call to tell his job is nearly over and he cannot let anyone know where he is really from.

Still a great show. I watch the first two on Monday (BBC1 then BBC4) Love the choons they use. And remember my dad dressing like Sam.

Balls of Steel = The win.

The Annoying Devil was great although my favourite was Neg and his Urban Sports. Tonight's going to be good.

Yeah tha Primevil looks like a rip off of Torchwood or Doctor Who or something.

Fairly looking forward to Hustle Series 4, Series 3 was a bit weak and now Mickey Bricks has left and is replaced by some new kid, we'll have to see how that pans out.

Never watched Life on Mars series 1 although I wish I did now seeing all the great reviews it got.

Balls of Steel was ok this week, they always seem to have a great week (Annoying Devil, Neg, Pain Men) followed by a not so good week (Militant Black Guy, Bunny Boiler)
