@Lt.Diablo: Is that Vista or a skin?
They're both skins, what makes you think either of them are vista? I have a vista transformation pack but I never use it cos it takes up way too much RAM .

I need to get some skins... hm.

Et viola. Only problem is because it's not full, most of those lists are empty . Still looks pretty cool though.

Does that all come with the transformation pack?

I don't use Outlook Express; someone else who uses this PC does, and if I remove the shortcut, they probably wouldn't be able to find it then.
I want a new wallpaper...

[email protected], Svip, my computer would die if I tried to run it.
You'd be impressed to see that any card capable of OpenGL 1.5 can run beryl rather nicely.
Also, you can run Mac OS X with Core Image and Quartz Extreme (for all that eye-candy mac users brag about ) with SOME old cards, because of compatibility issues, since you are not supposed to run MacOS X on unsupported hardware anyways.
I know for a fact that the GeForce4 MX 4000 (not the 440 or anyother geforce 4 for that matter) can run nicely OSX with CI and QE enabled. A geforce4, which is to me, the worst series nvidia has released. (add a SSE3 CPU, 1GB of ram, compatible essentials like usb, hard drives (sata doesn't work), dvd drives et al, and a modded copy os OS X and you've got yourself a cheap, but fully operational mac clone )
My point is, Vista needs a DirectX 9 gfx card to run Aero Glass, which is really nifty, but not nearly as cool as Beryl.
I won't be able to upgrade my PC till august. And I'll just upgrade ram to 2GB and a aero glass capable gfx card. I don't PC game much so I CAN wait.

Are you using Aero? Hell, I can't even run Vista Standard and Vista Basic is the worst skin ever made.
^yet I'm running Vista Ultimate for the MLI, or whatever it is called, my sisters need that.

If anyone is looking for good dreamscene videos, I know a few sites. Just let me know and I'll post them
Here is my XP desktop:
the wallpaper is from deviantart, The VS is included with Windowblinds 5.5
I'm using the normal aero theme in Vista (I'm dual booting), with the dreamscene version of the aurora wallpaper

Maybe a dumb place to put this, but is anyone using the vista transformation pack by Windows X? I tried one of the betas and it really screwed my computer so I am hesitant to try it again.
Yep I'm using it, pretty easy to install if you read everything very carefully, looks pretty sexy too. I can link to a download to the one I'm using which hasn't caused me any problems thus far.
