Already posted in the GTA3 forum about this and like I thought, GTA3 doesn't have provisions for analog throttle control. Does San Andreas have provisions for analog throttle control so I can use a foot pedal or a joystick to give me more precise control over the throttle rather than just on or off ?

It's been a while since I was able to playwith my controller (it's a piece of crap so I trashed it), but if memory serves yes the game does.

At the very least, it ought to, seeing as the PS2 version did. Assuming your controller has pressure-sensitive buttons or analog support, you should be ok.

Yes. Although the car starts moving near the end of the axis' full range, it still has usable throttle control. I tested it using San Andreas Advanced Control with my Xbox 360 controller.

Steering Wheel and Pedals support which suggests the reader see:
%5BREL%5D San Andreas Advanced Control v1.0 Remap axes, force feedback, etc.

Getting Steering wheel to work with SA .. .. I need some help with pedals

In all the Six (going on seven) years the above are all I can remember seeing on the subject.
