This is a tutorial which will turn this

into this
user posted image(Part 1)
and this
user posted image(Part 2)

So lets get started with Part 1.

1)Open Adobe Photoshop
I was using Adobe Photoshop CS2
2)Open a picture of your choise (better if there is an object moving)
3)Open Filter>Blur>Motion Blur as displayed in the picture

4)Now for this picture, the angle of the spaceship (or rocket (doesn't matter)) is about 40 degrees so we adjust it as shown below, and the distance is something like the speed of movement. I've chosen 32 pixels, because they look good enough.

Note: You must adjust the angle as the front of the moving object is, otherwise the picture could look wierd.

And now for the Part 2. If you wan't your picture look something like the picture for Part 2 (see the top) read this...

1)Open Adobe Photoshop
2)Open a picture of your choise (recommended pictures which contain moving objects (car, people running ect.))
3)Create a duplicate layer

And now we have two layers

4)Erase everything EXEPT your object
5)You probably won't see anything different on the image but keep an eye on the duplicate layer because you can see there what have you erased
4)Select the Background layer
5)Open Filter>Blur>Motion Blur as displayed in the picture

That is it. I hope people will use it smile.gif

If you want to post it in forums or your webpage, or anywhere else you must ask my permission
