The tool is ready after four months of development.

What such GRE? This is program for the work with the resources of the games of series GTA. It makes it possible to extract, to substitute, to move away the diverse resources of game such
as sounds, texture, model.

support formats:

*.IMG - files archive (IMG v1/v2)
*.TXD - texture archive
*.DFF - 3D models (San Andreas models not support)
*.IFP - models animation (San Andreas not support)
*.SFX - sound archive
*.COL - collision files (COl v1/v2)
*.GXT - game texts (v1/v2/v3)

The many thanks to these guys,
they greatly helped me:

To download is possible here

Wow.

I can't even calculate the time this will save for using the sounds for foley in my films. AND it extracts at the proper bitrate. Amazing.

Seriously, wow.

Give this guy karma. NOW.

Excellent work. Thank you! biggrin.gif

Wow, very nice. It's good to find a tool that can do eveything, saves space and time that way. By the way there is a error with the about screen, you can't accurly reuse the program when the about screen it opened, because you can't close the screen then. Other than that, nice work icon14.gif

I had this problem too. Just double click it and it goes away. smile.gif

But maybe you should add a button to it somewhere anyway?

I noted many bugs in the interface. Now I work at their correction and release version 1.1. Are already corrected bugs with the textures.

Your link isnt working, Here is the proper link

I have looked through a few files and found some interesting textures, such as a weed bandana and other things. I have only been able to open certain img files, and txds, not dff models like in your picture, any help? I took a few minutes to play around and I was very satisfied.

DAMN IT!!!! What the hell? I used this tool, did not make any changes conciously, and now if I open GGMM, no car models show up, the dff file and txd file icons are gone (just plain unknown file icons, instead of the two notepad looking icons) and when I start up the game, nothing, stops at the half way mark. What sort of changes does does this program make, by just simply viewing a few txd files?

You could try answering me, it is a real pain in the ass to reinstall every single mod over agian expecially when you have 180+ mods and a few made by me.
