Great!

It's good to see things moving on the vehicles. What can I say, I'm not a vehicle modder, you're better men than I.

SeaNorris. I like the fact that the front-end of the truck looks like some sort of twisted face (have you ever seen Spielberg's film 'Duel'?

What does it look like from a distance (chassis_lo I think)? I remember some vehicles in MI-VC looked like simple boxes.

The handling.cfg contains a lot of flags and features which you need to get right for a car to look and work correctly. It's also important to get things like ride height (LowerLimit) and suspension travel (UpperLimit) right.

If people do make handling, they should avoid the stupid setups most custom cars come with. Just altering the flags and suspension limits of a similar GTASA vehicle should be enough. If each vehicle author makes their own handling in their own style then cars won't perform as they should relative to each other.

I don't have time to set up all the MISA cars but I could help authors understand what settings they need to change to get their car working. A consistant handling style is important for MISA since driving, riding, sailing and flying are what people will be doing most of the time. The easiest way to achieve this is to use GTASA setups with small alterations.

Nice one but would rather see an other truck at the front of that packer then the king maybe an new model with some cool details on it but it looks alright so im not saying that i dont like it.

err... wouldn't a SA body texture/reflection map be better? the cars kinda look weird in game ATM, they don't fit at all.

Woo, that's cool. Can I request a couple things before you final release it?

Raise the ride height a bit, especially at the back, and increase the wheel size, again especially at the back. They look way too small and the suspension shouldn't be that low until it's been slammed at transfender tounge.gif Also if you could put the original wheels on, that'd be good - I don't think there are any wheels in stock SA that are good for muscle cars. Good job smile.gif

Hello Diesel,

Yeah I should go back to the old wheels some little texture bugs were preventing me, I fixed it now though. Ride height, wheel size and carcols are all to be done for the final release mate.

No, since it replaces the Hunter in VC and we're replacing all the care in SA with their VC counterparts.

SeaNorris, have you reduced the bonnet, boot, and door sizes on the vehicles? This creates the "SA Style" doorlines. I modded over the Oceanic to a SA style a while back. It lookes very nice with the SA doorlines Pics are somewhere in here, I know it.

You take the door/bonnet/boot and scale them to 99% in zModeler. Then move them over carefully to align perfectly with the chassis of the car. I'll get some more examples up soon.

That car is already released in this very topic and might I add all the cars are in alpha stages needing some overhauling in nearly every aspect before they are final released with the mod.
