Don't get me wrong, Vice City had a butt-load of 80s classics, but there's a few songs that I feel should've been included. Here's just some I know off the top of my head:

Emotion:
"Forever Young" by Alphaville
"I'll Be Alright Without You" by Journey

Flash FM:
"Secrets In The Dark" by Eric Martin
"I Can't Hold Back" by Survivor
"We Built This City" by Starship
"Blame It On The Radio" by John Parr

VROCK:
"Rock You Like A Hurricane" by The Scorpions
"Get Up" by Van Halen

I knew other ones too, but I can't think of all of 'em at the moment, because that was a long time ago that I made the list up.

Rock You Like A Hurricane is a classic. I could do without the Run DMC track myself. I like them, but not that fake sounding guitar they liked to put in so much of their stuff. As I listen to 80's weekends on a local radio station, I encounter many MANY songs that should've been in there too.

Pfft. Vice City had the most enjoyable soundtrack out. GTA3 and San Andreas need a make-over before Vice (although KDST in SA was quite the awesome).

But yeah, can't hurt at all to add some more. A few more hits from Michael Jackson on Flash FM (personal fav station) would have done me just dandy. icon14.gif

Queen - Tear it up
Queen - It's a hard life
AC/DC - Fly on the wall
Bon Jovi - Runaway
Bon Jovi - Love lies
The rolling stones - All the way down
The cure - The walk
The kinks - Do it again

I think that any of the above would have made good songs in vice city.

Vrock needed:
Iron Maiden- Powerslave
Iron Maiden- Hallowed be thy name
Iron Maiden- 666 the Number of the Beast
Iron Maiden- The Wicker Man
etc...

And mr man, the next PSP GTA isnt Vice City Stories. They said it would be an entirely new game, meaning it will probably be a new city.

How could The Wicker Man be on V-Rock? They would have to travel 14 years into the future, since Brave new world came out in 2000! sly.gif

you are one band to be on the radio the whole time are you retarded it would just ruin the songs i mean i like iron maiden but i don't want to listen just to them over and over again and it is soppose to be the 80's so they shouldn't out AC/DC or rolling stones on there although i like them it should be about the metal

but it would have been nice to have some metalica and ozzy and they could have had found a better motley crue song then to young to fall in love

Exactly! The songs need to be from 1986 or before. And I just remembered two more for VROCK:

"Master of Puppets" by Metallica
"Take Hold Of The Flame" by Queensryche

If it was at all hackable, I would of enjoyed hearing "Hotel California" in the game.

It just seems like it could fit to me. tounge.gif (The Spanish version of the song, that is. I forgot the band who sang the song.)

U Can't Touch This was from the 90s....

I'd like to add Leave It by Yes and Everybody Wants To Rule The World, by Tears for Fears. Although I loved flying around listening to Pale Shelter...

"Rock You Like a Hurricane" was already in "Vice City Stories". So there's no need for that song in this game.

Technically, this list was made before Vice City Stories was released.

Flash FM:

Bird's Fly (A Whisper to a Scream) - The Icicle Works

Walking on the Moon - The Police

The Riddle - Nik Kershaw

Wave 103:

Love Will Tear Us Apart - Joy Division

Shell-Shock - New Order

Emotion 98.3:
