When you enter some of the vehicles around San Andreas a popup will inform you to press a controller or keyboard button to start a mission, this topic is a guide to these missions that includes as many tips and alternative strategies to help avoid getting stuck, or to help you try to complete some of them in different ways if you are playing the game for the second or tenth time. Most of these missions are fairly straightforward, but there usually one or more things to watch out for that may catch you out if you don't know what they are, hopefully in here you will find all of these so you know what to expect if that is your thing. Everything in here should have been personally tested out by me so I suppose in a sense I can certify that it works, if you have any reasonable complaint about anything in here then let me know. The missions covered herein are Firefighter, Pimping, Vigilante, Paramedic, Burglary, Taxi Driver, Freight, and Trucking. Every mission in this post is available right from the beginning of the game, unless indicated otherwise. I probably don't need to warn you that this topic probably contains many SPOILERS! so exercise proper caution if you don't want to know what's going to happen next.

Version 2: Recently crazyanurag pointed out that I should add more to this topic, so I finally got around to making a few additions I was going to do some time ago, I also changed the layout for this post because the code was too untidy and I couldn't be bothered trying to edit it. Besides this I added a vehicle for the Vigilante mission, and added in my strategy for the Burglary mission which I didn't include earlier due to not feeling like it and also to leave OzzySM12's topic alone, however I don't believe that guide is really all that helpful in terms of answering the most common question regarding this mission, which is "how do I get the infinite sprint bonus?", so that is now in here. Nearly every section of this post has been edited to some extent, most of them are shorter than they were before.

Firefighter

Vehicle and Locations: Fire Truck, Commerce, Los Santos; Doherty, San Fierro (spawns as a truck with a ladder 50 percent of the time, which can't be used for the mission); Redsands West, Las Venturas

Details: This mission is very easy to complete and the reward will be extremely useful, so it is wise to do it as soon as you can and there isn't a good reason not to do that. This mission involves driving a fire truck and putting out fires using the water cannon on top of the truck, which is linked to the camera so it will point in whichever direction you turn the camera, you need to complete 12 levels to pass the mission - when you start you have 1 fire to extinguish, and it will be a nearby burning vehicle, for each subsequent level one passenger will be added to the car until there are three passengers, after this another car will be added and the process will repeat until you have three cars and three passengers in each car at level 12. You can fail the mission if you exit the truck or if you destroy it somehow, and also by running over any of the victims of the fire you are supposed to be extinguishing, this isn't always easy to avoid because when they exit their burning cars they proceed to run around like idiots, at least they don't run as far as they did in the Vice City version of this mission. To to save time while putting out fires aim the water cannon slightly above their heads rather than trying to knock them to the ground using the water, as this just pushes them all over the place and it will take you longer to put the fire out. One good tip for putting out a whole group of passengers as they exit a vehicle is to park your fire truck parallel to the car before beginning to put the engine fire out, once you've done this move your water cannon so it is spraying directly across the car above the doors, when the passengers get out they should all get extinguished right then and there. Doing this mission in Red County is a good option, as you will encounter less traffic than you would in Los Santos, and travelling between fires will be easier as there is more room to cut corners in the countryside. Note: The fires in this mission sometimes spread to nearby vehicles that get too close, and this can also affect your vehicle if you get too close which can result in CJ being killed by burning while trying to complete the mission that makes him fireproof, so keep your distance. Once you complete 12 levels the mission exits and you get the Reward: CJ is fireproof, and $45,900.

Pimping

Vehicle and Location: Broadway, Idlewood, Los Santos

Tip: Before you start, pick up a silenced pistol from this location. Details: On the surface this mission seems fairly straightforward - you are prompted that there is a girl nearby, you pick up the girl and take her to a customer, then pick up another girl and do the same, then return to pick up the first girl and repeat this process for ten levels at which point the mission is completed. When you pick up a girl a counter starts which is always 3:00 and you have to get to the customer within this limit or he will lose interest and you will fail the mission. One of three things will happen each time you drop off a girl. The normal outcome is that the other girl will have finished with her customer and you will be prompted to go and pick her up, you will not have a time limit if this happens so you can go and repair your car or do whatever you want in the meantime, but you can't leave the car for more than 20 seconds or the mission will fail. However sometimes a 3:00 timer will reappear as something has gone wrong - either the customer has decided not to pay, in which case you will have to go and chase down the customer and kill him (the best way to do this is to line them up with the car and run him over, if you have to leave the car to shoot him make sure you don't get too far away from the car because once the customer is dead you only have 20 seconds to get back in or you will fail the mission), or the customer is "getting rough" with your girl, if this happens you need to go and kill him - this is where the silenced pistol is useful as you can kill the customer without spooking nearby cars and getting run over, or getting your car damaged. Try to shoot at the customer from a distance, as this combined with the silenced weapon will help you avoid attracting police attention. The customer will usually put his hands in the air if he sees you pointing a gun at him, which gives you a good opportunity for a headshot, but be careful not to kill your girl (who will still continue to attack the customer) or you will fail the mission. Once you get to the end of level 10, you get your Reward: $1,000, and from now on when you pick up a hooker instead of paying hooker, hooker pays YOU!!

Vigilante

Vehicles and Locations: Police, Driving in cities; Pershing Square, Los Santos; Downtown, San Fierro; Roca Escalante, Las Venturas; HPV1000 Driving in cities; Ranger, Driving in rural areas; El Quebrados, Tierra Robada (locked unless you are dating Barbara); Enforcer at four star wanted level; FBI Rancher at five star wanted level; Rhino, Restricted Area, Bone County (x2); at six star wanted level; Ganton, Los Santos (after 100 percent completion);Barracks, Easter Basin Naval Base, San Fierro; Restricted Area, Bone County; at six star wanted level; Hunter, Verdant Meadows, Bone County; Easter Basin Naval Base, San Fierro (all gold medals in flying school required for both of these); SWAT Tank Needs to be acquired during "End Of The Line"; FBI Truck, vehicle spawner or some kind of cheat device required

Details: The goal of this mission is to chase down and kill suspected criminals. You start at level 1 with 1 criminal in a car, for each subsequent level another criminal is added until there are four in a car, then another car is added and this process is repeated so by level 12 you have four criminals in each of three cars, for a total of 78 criminals by level 12. Once you complete level 12 the mission is completed but unlike the Firefigher and Paramedic missions it does not exit at this point and you can continue to do as many levels as you wish, also unlike the Paramedic and Firefighter missions you have the ability to leave your vehicle for up to 60 seconds without failing the mission, this will allow you to quickly get something to eat if you want to do a lot of levels. The criminals you are tasked with killing will tend to drive in convoys, and sometimes they will do strange things like parking their cars in the driveway of a house and getting out of the vehicle, or stopping in the middle of a two lane highway and repeatedly getting in and out of the car. Sometimes the convoys will split up when you get near them, often one car will begin driving dangerously while the others will continue to drive as normal. The criminals of course will not be happy that you have come after them and will defend themselves, also because you are taking the law into your own hands during this mission the police don't approve of what you're doing either. For these reasons it is probably one of the more difficult missions in here, but since there are more vehicles you can use it is a little more interesting as well.

HPV1000: The only vehicle that is probably worth discussing that is available on the first two parts of the game map is the HPV1000 cop motorcycle. Tips: To use this motorcycle to do the mission you probably want to collect about 3,000 rounds for the SMG, upgrade your bike skill until it is pretty high, and also upgrade or maximise your SMG skill so you can shoot further ahead and avoid incoming fire from the syspects which can become a serious problem, in later levels suspects can be armed with shotguns which can kill CJ with just a few direct hits. Note: To quickly upgrade your SMG skill you will need about 700 additional rounds of ammo for it, then put a car in a garage and fire off a magazine at the car, then run away from the door so it closes and repairs the car then repeat until the SMG skill is maximised. Doing the mission in the countryside is advisable as the traffic isn't as heavy and you have space on either side of most of the roads to get out of the way of police vehicles. You should pick up a total of four wanted levels by doing 12 levels of this mission, so it could be a good idea to learn the locations of police bribes in the area you are going to attempt the mission. Ideally you should try to keep your wanted level at two stars throughout the mission, so you will need two bribes, whether you decide to reduce it further is up to you, but my suggestion is that you don't so you have nearby bribes available whenever your wanted level increases to three stars. Try to get in behind the criminal's cars and open fire on them, most of the time you can continue to do this until the car explodes but sometimes the criminals will either stop and exit the vehicle or bail out at full speed so they can confront you. This can give you some problems because your SMG fire will auto target itself to some extent, and you might end up firing on the police vehicles that are trying to surround you rather than at the criminals, it is however usually not a big problem. Something else you may be concerned about is destroying your bike, it is my observation that this will be a rare occurrence. The vehicle you use to do this mission will be repaired between levels so unless you are right next to a car when it explodes and your bike catches on fire, your bike should remain in almost perfect health throughout the mission even if it does take a bit of damage on some of the levels.

Hunter: The other vehicles I will cover are not available until rather late in the game. The best vehicle in my opinion is the Hunter helicopter. You can get one at Verdant Meadows by getting all gold medals in the flying school but if you haven't done that already you can acquire one another way. go to the chequered flag icon at Las Venturas International Airport and start the mission "Heli Hell", when the mission starts fly back to the airport and land somewhere near where the chequered flag icon would be, get out then wait for the counter to reach zero so you fail the mission, exit the menu for the mission and the Hunter should be sitting where you left it, fly back to Verdant Meadows and carefully park it in the hangar on the south side of the runway. Getting to level 12 in the Hunter doesn't take very long, even if you are still getting to grips with flying the helicopter. If you start the mission at Verdant Meadows the game will spawn targets on the nearby highways first and will then begin to branch out in one particular direction - either south towards Red County, east into Las Venturas, or west into Tierra Robada. None of these will be much of a problem if you are only trying to get to level 12, you can get some issues later on if you want to do more levels and get stuck with targets constantly spawning within Las Venturas with all the tall buildings you then have to avoid while flying and attacking the suspects. Using the machine gun to destroy the criminal's cars is the best option since you don't have a good mechanism for targetting the rockets in the Hunter they are probably too unreliable to use very much, however if you want to try you might be able to get some lucky shots. The criminals will sometimes stop and exit their vehicle or bail from it when you begin firing on them, in this situation the best way to deal with the criminals on the ground is to strafe the area several times, because they will fire on your helicopter so hanging around could be hazardous to the success of your mission.

Rhino: The final vehicle this topic will cover is the Rhino, Tip: Detailed directions for stealing a Rhino, including videos on how to do the job, can be found in this topic by JAJ which will help you out with getting your hands on one, for the less adventurous combine this strategy with one of the exploitable missions in this topic by pdescobar to avoid tangling with the FBI. The Rhino makes this mission very straightforward but a little messy, all you have to do is drive around and use the cannon to destroy the suspect's cars, any police that take an interest in what you're doing will end up killing themselves by trying to ram your tank, as any vehicle that hits the tank at any decent speed will explode on impact and vehicles that touch it lightly will either catch on fire or at least take a lot of damage then probably catch on fire for some other reason. You can ram the tank into the criminal's cars as well but it might be a bit slow to catch all of the criminals (especially the ones that take off and drive like maniacs). When inside the tank the only danger is being busted if you get stuck somehow, and this might happen more easily than you think, the carnage that you will probably create in the tank will slow you down and raise your wanted level possibly as far as five stars, but on the plus side the burned out cars that ram into you can make the tank do some pretty interesting stunts if you are going fast enough. One useful feature of the Rhino is that, like the Monster truck, it has four wheel steering that lets you make extremely tight turns while maintaining your speed. This will be useful if you start the mission in the countryside but end up completing the last few levels in the city as often happens. Regardless of how you decide to do the mission, once you complete level 12 you will have earned $34,500 and will get your Reward: Body armor maximum upgraded to 150 percent.

Paramedic

Vehicle and Locations: Ambulance, Jefferson, Los Santos; Market, Los Santos; Montgomery, Red County; Angel Pine, Whetstone; Santa Flora, San Fierro (x2); El Quebrados, Tierra Robada; Fort Carson, Bone County; Las Venturas Airport, Las venturas

Tip: Before you start the mission anywhere except Angel Pine, or Fort Carson, get some meals to avoid health loss kicking in too quickly. Details: The goal of this mission is to pick up pedestrians that have been injured somehow and take them to the hospital to save their lives. When the mission starts at level 1 and you have to rescue 1 patient, and 1 extra patient is added for each level until you get to level 12 which has 12 patients for 78 in total. You can carry a total of 3 patients in the ambulance so after level 3 you will need to make more than one trip, by level 10 you will be making four trips to complete each level up to level 12. This is a timed mission, you can fail the mission if you run out of time, you will also fail if you exit the ambulance, or if you destroy it somehow. Running over a patient before picking them up will also cause you to fail the mission, so you need to be careful when picking them up because they will usually run at the ambulance before you come to a complete stop. Note: This mission is a little different from the others in the way that the location where you start the mission is of greater importance. There is an ambulance parked outside all of the hospitals on the map, and the hospital that you take the ambulance from will become your base for the mission, and all the patients have to be brought back to this hospital. By far the best place to complete the mission is Angel Pine, Whetstone because this town is so far away from anything else all of the patients will spawn within this small area. This means your time limits will be tighter but it means you can do the mission more quickly, unfortunately because it is not on the first part of the map that you have access to you have to wait a while before you can attempt the mission if you want to do it here. When you reach the end of level 12 the mission will end and you get the Reward: CJ's health bar is increased to 150 percent, and $37,500.

Burglary

Note: Unlike everything else in this topic, this mission does not count towards 100 percent completion.

Vehicle and Locations: Black Boxville, Ganton, Los Santos; Doherty, San Fierro; Pilgrim, Las Venturas

Details: The objective of this mission is to steal more than $10,000 worth of items from houses, you don't have to do it in a single attempt but there is probably not a good reason not to do that. The way it works is not particularly sensible as items themsevlves don't have a real value, but the money outcome of the mission is based on a formula. To get more than $10,000 in one burglary session you need to steal 23 items. Note: You can only commit burglaries between 20:00 and 06:00 When you are inside a house there are items such as a TV, VCR, or stereo that you can pick up and take back to the truck. Hold down the sneak button on the way to the items, then pick them up and run outside. You will be detected by the occupants of the house and a countdown to the arrival of the police beings, but unless you go to a particularly big house, you should easily be outside the house before the counter reaches zero so you won't get into trouble. Tip: Park the truck outside a group of houses in a poor area of town, some suggested areas are here, and here. Pick two houses then go back and forth between them cleaning them out each time until you get 23 items. Because of a bug in the mission the contents of each house will respawn each time you enter the other house, by doing this it is easy to get the 23 necessary items to pass the mission within the time limit of one ingame night if you start close enough to 20:00. Feel free of course to get more than this many items, but since you can't earn huge amounts of money this way it is a bit pointless. This mission is a little different from the others in that at the end of the mission you need to take the truck to the lockup, which is a different garage in each city and will be marked on your map, depending on where you do the mission it will be one of Playa Del Seville, Los Santos; Doherty, San Fierro; or Pilgrim, Las Venturas. Once you park back in the lockup within the time limit the mission is over and if you got 23 items you earn $10,580 and the Reward: CJ will never get tired from sprinting, and $3,000.

Taxi Driver

Vehicles and Locations: Taxi, Cabbie, driving everywhere

Tip: To be able to do fifty fares in one attempt, get some meals before you start so you have some fat to avoid health loss kicking in too quickly. Details: This is probably the easiest vehicle mission in terms of what you actually have to do, and all it involves is picking people up and driving them somewhere, then repeating this process, but trying to complete the mission in one attempt is a test of endurance and keeping a vehicle in one piece while dealing with the stupid San Andreas traffic. To complete the mission you need to complete 50 fares, these don't all have to be in one attempt but you can earn some useful money through bonuses which start at $500 and increase by $500 for every five consecuitve fares you do, if you do them all in the same attempt. When you pick up a fair you will notice a small meter below your mission timer, this indicates how much your tip will be. The metre reduces over time as you drive and also when you damage your car, which means you get less money for the fare. You can fail the mission by destroying your car, running out of time, or exiting the car. But if any of these things happen the fares you have completed so far will still count towards the total of fifty fares required to complete the mission. Note: When doing the mission in Los Santos, many fares will spawn in gang controlled areas and enemy gang members can sometimes chase your car and if you have to stop to pick up a fare and they are close enough they may hit the car and it may appear that they will attempt to drag you out but it appears they will not as long as you are on a mission When you have completed fifty fares, in a row or not, you will get your Reward: Taxis and Cabbies have infinite NOX, and $27,500 in bonuses if you do 50 fares in one attempt.

Freight

Note: This mission is only available after completing "Yay Ka-Boom-Boom" and gaining access to the whole map.

Vehicles and Locations: Brown Streak, Freight Wait on the platform at any of Unity Station, Los Santos; Market Station, Los Santos; Cranberry Station, San Fierro; Yellow Bell Station, Las Venturas; Linden Station, Las Venturas; and wait for a train to arrive and when one does, jack it.

Details: This mission is divided into two levels, and you have to complete both of them before you receive your reward. The mission involves driving a train around San Andreas and delivering freight to each of the train stations along the route. This is a timed mission and the time limits are pretty tight, so you need to drive the train as fast as possible and brake as late as you can to arrive within the time limit. The maximum speed the train seems to be able to travel at safely is about 46, and at 47 or higher the train starts to shake and it becomes more likely it will derail which would cause you to fail the mission. You can get up to speed by holding down the button you use to accelerate a vehicle, then once you reach the desired speed let go and whenever you see the speed start to drop press the button again for a few seconds to get back up to speed. The train takes a long time to stop from high speed, and to avoid overshooting the station you need to begin braking when you are still some distance from the station, but not too far or you might be going too slowly to make it within the time limit. Tip: One reasonably reliable strategy is to go full speed until you are about 400 feet from the station, then brake by holding the button you use to reverse a vehicle until your speed is about 15, at this point release the brakes and wait until the remaining distance to the station is about 50 feet then brake further so you come to a complete stop inside the marker. To earn all of the reward for the delivery you need to stop so that the front of the engine goes past the marker but the rear and part of the first carriage is inside it. Doing anything except this will cause you to lose money, though the amounts of money involved are so minimal especially at this stage of the game that you will probably not be too worried about this. Once you complete both levels you get your Reward: $50,000, plus a maximum of $2,250 for your deliveries.

Trucking

Note:
These missions are not vehicle missions in the same sense as the others but they are included here for anyone who needs some help with them. The first six missions don't become available until after you complete "Tanker Commander", and the final two missions aren't available until you have completed "Yay Ka-Boom-Boom" and have access to all areas on the map.

Details:
There are eight missions that are related to the RS Haul asset property, the missions all involve driving a truck from the depot in Flint County to locations around the map with certain conditions attached, and these conditions get progressively more difficult. The vehicles involved are either a Tanker or a Roadtrain. Tip: In some of these cases the location of the drop is the critical factor, so it is important to either have a safe house nearby for saving, or to destroy the truck by shooting the gas tank so you fail the mission, in the event that an especially unfavourable location comes up.

Mission 1: To complete it you are required to drive the truck from the depot to a nearby location, usually somewhere near Blueberry or Dillimore, Red County, within a reasonably short time limit. I will note at this point that trucking missions involving a time limit don't have a timer that counts down like many other missions, instead, the hour by which the delivery is required is displayed below your reward. You will want to drive reasonably quickly to the destination and avoid disconnecting the trailer. For completing this mission on time you will be paid $1,000, and if you are late this amount will be halved.

Mission 2: For this mission you are required to deliver a truck full of fragile goods to a nearby destination, usually it is one of a couple of destinations in Montgomery, Red County. You don't have a time limit for this mission so you can take as long as you need to get there, and to avoid collisions with other vehicles or the scenery. The amount of money you earn overall is recorded in your stats so if you want to get the total amount you will need to avoid all collisions during the missions involving fragile cargo, even the slightest contact with another vehicle or any roadside objects will reduce your reward by some extent. You can make it easier by driving offroad in some places, and taking care not to disconnect the trailer which will also damage the truck. The maximum reward for completing this mission is $1,500.

Mission 3: This is the first of three missions that involve transporting illegal goods. For this one the destination will be somewhere on the east of Los Santos, and you will have to get there with a three star wanted level. Shortly after leaving the depo your wanted stars will flash on, and you may notice them flashing sometimes during the mission. This is because it is periodically being reset to 3 stars, so trying to drive through some police bribes en route is pointless. The police vehicles seem to get some kind of speed boost when they are chasing you at high wanted levels and they will always attack one weak point in the truck, the area that the cab and trailer connect together. For this reason you need to be able to maintain your speed and try to brush them off into roadside objects or other vehicles, and be very careful to avoid making any tight turns as this will give them a great opportunity to disconnect the trailer. When you arrive at the destination your reward will be $2,000.

Mission 4: Like the first mission this one involves delivering the cargo to the destination with a time limit, your destinations are further away for this mission and, if your location is Angel Pine, a bit more difficult to get to. However the time limit is pretty generous and you should arrive with a lot of time left over if you don't disconnect your trailer. Other possible locations for this mission include several different places in San Fierro, none of them should be too difficult to reach within the time limit. Your reward for this mission will be $3,000 if you make it within the time limit.

Mission 5: Just like the second mission, this mission involves transporting fragile goods and once again there is no time limit for completing it. The destination will be further away and it will be more difficult to get there without damaging the truck, however it is possible if you drive carefully. Your reward for this mission will be $4,000 if you deliver the goods in perfect condition.

Mission 6: This mission is the same as the third mission except your destination is further away than last time. The destinations for this mission are either several different places in San Fierro, Angel Pine, or the 24-7 in Whetstone, the last one of these is easily the best one to do because all you need to do is go up the highway onramps near the depot and hightail it along the motorway going west, the police vehicles will have some trouble keeping up with you due to the speed you can achieve because there are no sharp corners, and police coming in the opposite direction will have a hard time getting near you because of all the tunnels and the fact the westernbound road is elevated above the lanes going in the other direction for most of the distance. Doing any of the other routes is not too difficult, the San Fierro locations can be annoying because there is a lot of police activity in the Easter Bay Tunnel area. Once you arrive at the destination your reward is $5,000.

Mission 7: This mission combines two types of mission together into one, you are carrying fragile cargo and also have a time limit. The locations for the deliveries don't help because of the way traffic drives on the roads of Bone County. There is a destination at the Sherman Dam, another somewhere in Tierra Robada, and three the general Bone County area. The destinations in Bone County are best because you have the greatest ability to drive offroad, one of them is near some buildings on a dirt road just north of the Hunter Quarry, another is at Green Palms, and the other is at the Xoomer gas station further north, but you can drive through Octane Springs to get there. These three are possibly the only ones you can get to without damaging the truck unless you are extremely lucky with the other routes so if you want all the money for your stats you should reload your game or blow up the truck until one of them comes up. You will be paid $7,000 if you deliver the cargo undamaged and within the time limit.

Mission 8: For this mission you are given the task of transporting some highly illegal goods in your truck, and you will have to get to the delivery location with a 4 star wanted level. The destinations for this mission are all in Las Venturas, which means you have a considerable distance to travel while being constanly harassed by the cops. The first strategy is to take the road west of Blueberry Acres and go over the Martin Bridge into Bone County, then drive along the highway as fast as you can and stay in the middle of the road because some SWAT Enforcers will show up and attempt to slam into you at high speed which can knock you into the ocean at the speed you should be travelling. You can add to the distance you need to travel, but take a lot of the heat off yourself, by driving up the embankment on the right side of the road near the depot and onto the railway tracks north of here. You can now follow the railway under and then through Los Santos and then north into Las Venturas. Most of this track is underground so you will not have to deal with police helicopters, and because no roads cross the tracks in the tunnels you won't see any other police vehicles there either. By keeping to the right side of the tracks you should be able to avoid any of the trains that are using the tracks at the same time. Once you get to Las Venturas you have a couple of problems. Most of the destinations are not all that easy to get to because of the narrow side roads in this city, and the police vehicles don't make this any easier, worse, the SWAT will set up some road blocks in some areas and it is unlikely you will be able to survive trying to run through them. There is one location at a construction site in Rockshore East, one to a construction site behind the Starfish Casino, and another one to a factory complex in Redsands West that are not so difficult to get to if you have a lot of trouble with any of the others. When you finish the mission your reward is $10,000 and this is the end of the required trucking missions so you get the Reward: Up to $33,500 for your deliveries and the depot now generates revenue up to $2,000, also the marker at the depot does not disappear, but you can continue to take addition randomised missions to earn more money should you so choose.

way to go gillies! there's some good stuff in there...i wish more people understood the virtues of doing these missions at the very start...the rewards are really helpful.

also, along with the vehicle missions, i'd like to emphasise (and i've said this earlier in the forum somewhere) that if people could invest some time in the beginning and max out their cycling and bike skills by doing stoppies/wheelies (takes about an hour on the bikes---use a sanchez---and about 40 mins. for the bicycle, even less if you do the courier mission) then it really helps out during missions, and also leaves you around $15k-$20k richer from all the stunts you pull.

anyways, this is all about your great work....so have a cookie.gif icon14.gif icon14.gif

Thanks for your kind comments crazyanurag.

I might take this opportunity to add that I intend to get pictures of the vehicles that are missing pictures right now sometime soon (most of them don't have a parked location and I'll have to go on a crime spree to get some photos), and if I learn of any other locations I will also add them. I might update some sections of this another time as well when I get the will to read it from beginning to end again, or if anyone tells me something I am wrong about.

This is a great guide! Thanks for taking the time to put it together. The game is so much easier if you do these as early as possible, as crazyanurag points out.

Though perhaps not as obvious as the benefits from completing the paramedic and vigilante missions (increased max health and armor), becoming fireproof after completing the firefighter mission is incredibly useful, esp. late in the game.

Really, thanks for the guide. Will you be adding a guide to the tanker missions? I haven't tackled those yet. Anything I should know?

EDIT: removed suggestions that gillies added to guide. gillies, i'm glad i could contribute, even something minor, to your excellent guide.

I think of the trucking missions as seperate from the vehicle missions that you start after entering a special vehicle which this guide covers. For those missions the only real advice is to go as fast as possible when you have a timed mission or a cargo of illegal goods, to go as slowly as you need to avoid collisions for the fragile cargo missions, and to be careful not to unhitch the trailer at all times. You are right about the Paramedic and Firefighter missions ending if you exit the vehicle and it looks like I missed that, I will put it in sometime. Thanks for reading and for your comments.

I would say check out the link in his guide... but that topic isn't very detailed.
If you steal $10,000 worth, you earn $3000 bonus and infinite sprint.

Do you mean time limit? Yes, there is. You can only rob from 20:00 to 06:00, and you need to steal $10,000 worth of goods to successfully complete the mission. There's another reward: infinite stamina on completion, according to the RARusk guide. I haven't done this mission, so hopefully someone else reading this thread can confirm.
EDIT: I must have been writing my reply at the same time as Mxyzptlk

Confirmed...

Haha I just looked up that guide and I'm mentioned for the confirmation... I feel so famous... but maybe you want third party confirmation since I'm a "conspirator" now. biggrin.gif

I originally planned to include a guide to the burglary mission as well but the other guide seemed fine and I didn't want to end up duplicating half of it in my guide. I think there is some information in some of the other pages there that has a bit more detail about the rewards.

There are 8 to complete the asset. Maybe Gillies can add RS Haul asset to the list.

This wasn't my intention but since there have been a few questions already I'll put something together and add it to the guide. I've done those missions quite a few times so I should have a bit of advice to dispense.

Yeah I confirm that too. Gillies you could add certain tips that are not in the other burglary guide in this one.

Thanks AJ, yeah I think that I got what I was aiming for with this.

I might have a better look at the burglary mission guide and see what is missing there and add some more to that section.

Thanks Simon., I hope that anyone having trouble with any of these missions will be able to find it and make some use from it, and I really appreciate everyone's comments and suggestions.

Thanks a lot AJ! I'll update the entries for those vehicles with links to those pictures. I am currently finishing off a section on the RS Haul Trucking missions and hadn't taken any myself yet.

Thanks Mike_Toreno, don't be in a hurry or anything.

In other news I also updated the guide earlier on with what I had written about those trucking missions for anyone that was interested, I might revisit that sometime though. I decided not to do anything for the burglary mission as everything is in the other thread already, you just have to look through it to find out a bit more about the rewards.

Cool Gillies.

For RS Haul mission 8, I take the train tracks to the north and follow them east, all the way to LV. Most of the time you are in tunnels and can avoid the police choppers.
Also to reset the mission for a new destination, just shoot the gas cap on the cab's fuel tanks and step in the marker again. Faster than reloading and driving to RS Haul.

That's true, and a good tip about the route for the final mission, thanks Mxyzptlk I will incorporate your suggestions when I have another look at that section.
