gotomypc.com

Conversely, get the gimp and run it off of a disk on your schools computers.

GIMP is free, gotomypc isn't.

I suggest the GIMP route.

Adam, I'd suggest you stop trying to play with the computers at school, and focus on english instead.

A website you can use for remote access -> www.logmein.com, it's free, I use it sometimes when I'm at school.

Set it up and find out for yourself. Pop along to a library or something and see if you can set it up to your specifications on their computers, then go and do it from school when you have your account restricted appropriately or whatever (if actually possible).
