I'm going to begin working on a SAAC v1.2 config file for those of us PC users who are using a USB XBOX controller and XBCD drivers. This is needed for those of use running Windows XP X64 edition since although we can get 64-bit XBCD drivers (planetamd64.com), the setup utility which normally allows predefined configs (XBCDsetup) is not fully working with x64 edition at the moment.... but it will work with any SAAC install and XBDC driver setup regardless.

what i need help with is the exact key layout for GTA:SA San Andreas as it would be playing it on XBOX with a S-type controller.

I dont need axis info, but rather all the mappings for the 16 buttons including the directional pad...

I need them for "on foot" and "vehicle" modes...

-----------------------
ON FOOT BUTTONS:
-----------------------

FIRE = ?
NEXT WEAPON/TARGET = ?
PREVIOUS WEAPON/TARGET = ?
GROUP CONTROL FORWARD = ?
GROUP CONTROL BACK = ?
CONVERSATION NO = ?
CONVERSATION YES = ?
ZOOM IN = ?
ZOOM OUT = ?
ENTER/EXIT = ?
CHANGE CAMERA = ?
JUMP = ?
SPRINT = ?
AIM WEAPON = ?
CROUCH = ?
ACTION = ?
WALK = ?
LOOK BEHIND = ?
CENTER CAMERA = ?
SECONDARY FIRE = ?

----------------------
VEHICLE BUTTONS
----------------------

SECONDARY FIRE = ?
FIRE = ?
ACCELERATE = ?
BRAKE/REVERSE = ?
ENTER/EXIT = ?
TRIP SKIP = ?
NEXT RADIO STATION = ?
PREVIOUS RADIO STATION = ?
USER TRACK SKIP = ?
HORN = ?
SUB-MISSION = ?
CHANGE CAMERA = ?
HANDBRAKE = ?
LOOK BEHIND = ?
MOUSE LOOK = if applicable
LOOK LEFT = ?
LOOK RIGHT = ?
SPECIAL CONTROL UP = ?
SPECIAL CONTROL DOWN = ?

feel free to fill that out, your help is much appreciated and i hope to put together this config (including axis's and vibration) by the end of the week and upload it as well! thanks!

btw, i dont wanna see any "well keyboard&mouse is better than gamepad" or vice-versa garbage in here. Argue the point elsewhere, but dont junk up this post with that stuff. Some people have different tastes... some like one or the other better, and some are comfortable with both in games. 'nuff said.

I have a few setups for SAAC 1.2 and XBCD drivers (for mimicking GTA SA on Xbox with analog triggers). If anybody is interested, PM me.

Currently unavailable. Sorry.
